AIM OF AGREEMENT. The aim of this Agreement is to provide the appropriate framework to develop a flexible workforce allowing a team approach to all activities. The parties believe that these arrangements will improve the productivity of the company and enhance job satisfaction and contribute positively towards ensuring that the business remains a viable and enduring enterprise.
AIM OF AGREEMENT. The parties to this Agreement recognise that to compete effectively in the current economic environment, continued advances in productivity, flexibility and profitability are required and can be achieved through providing product of the highest quality at minimum cost, providing excellent customer service and having highly trained and motivated employees.
AIM OF AGREEMENT. 7.1 The significant contribution made by employees in the advancement of the University’s strategic goals and priorities is recognised. It is the intention that this Agreement represents conditions of employment that seek to establish a basis and environment that is both supportive of employees and the achievement of the goals reflected in the University’s Strategic Plan 2014-2020. The University identifies a key capability of the Strategic Plan is to attract, develop and retain the highest quality academic and professional staff and to support development of their full potential. 7.2 It is the objective of the parties to this Agreement to implement and to support the University’s primary vision by advancing, transmitting and sustaining knowledge and understanding through the conduct of teaching, research and scholarship at the highest international standards for the benefit of international and national communities and the State of Western Australia. 7.3 In addition to the objectives identified in the University’s Strategic Plan, the objectives of this Agreement include the facilitation of: 7.3.1 Fair treatment of employees; 7.3.2 A flexible approach to change that reflects the demands in operational environments; and 7.3.3 A workplace culture that values work life balance.

AIM OF AGREEMENT. The Parties recognise that the City of Stirling (the City) seeks to improve its services by striving for continued productivity gain, efficiency and effectiveness. This Agreement is an essential component to ensuring continuous improvements. It is aimed at securing the City’s long-term viability and lasting benefits for the community and Employees. It includes provisions aimed at improving the quality, productivity gain and efficiency of the City’s services, whilst rewarding its Employees with fulfilling, challenging occupations and equitable financial salaries.
AIM OF AGREEMENT. It is the objective of the parties to this Agreement to implement workplace practices so as to provide for more flexible working arrangements, which improve the efficiency and productivity of the business, enhance skills and job satisfaction and assist positively in ensuring that the company becomes a more profitable enterprise. The parties agree that the objectives of this Agreement are to facilitate: (a) flexible working hours; (b) workplace productivity; (c) the development and maintenance of good workplace relations. The parties also agree that the objectives will not be limited to the measures set out at subclause 6 (a)- (c). It is recognised that an important factor in reaching the above objectives is the development of a working environment where all parties are involved with the decision-making process. Both management and employees are committed to cooperating positively to implement work practices that are flexible and meet the requirements of the company.
