Equipment/Clothing Allowance. The equipment and/or clothing allowance for all Officers and Detectives shall be $300 annually. This allowance will be paid as a lump sum payment in the first February pay check of each year.

Equipment/Clothing Allowance. Association members will receive a stipend of $300 per year, to be paid on the first pay period in July for equipment and clothing significantly used while the employee is performing the employee’s day-to-day duties. New hires will be provided with the stipend at the time of hire for the year in which they begin working for the City. They would be eligible for additional stipends each July during this contract.
Equipment/Clothing Allowance. Association members will receive a $750.00 allowance for the term of this contract, and will be reimbursed for approved items to include footwear, practice ammo, gun club membership or other work-related equipment or clothing authorized but not provided by the department. Purchases greater than $250 in a year must be pre-approved by a division commander. Amounts reimbursed greater than the $250/year proration shall be re-paid (deducted from the final pay check) if the employee leaves the city’s employ. Equipment purchases made pursuant to this section must be for equipment that is significantly used while the employee is performing the employee’s day to day duties.
Equipment/Clothing Allowance. The District will provide at no cost to the employee protective equipment (PPE), to be used to comply with current OSHA standards. The District requires that each affected employee uses appropriate eye, face and/or hearing protection when exposed to eye, face or hearing hazards from flying particles, liquid chemicals, caustic liquids, load noises or repetitive noise such a engines. All PPE equipment provided shall be used for the duties and responsibilities of the District only and are not intended to be used for personal use outside the districts day to day operations. Employer agrees to provide each bargaining union member $350 in one lump sum payable at the beginning of each school year. However, if an employee leaves prior to fulfilling a full years of service, the employee will be required to pay back the pro-rated portion.
Equipment/Clothing Allowance. 1. The County will determine, purchase and maintain the necessary equipment to be used by the employees covered in Appendix A of this Agreement. Such equipment shall include but is not limited to the following:

  • Footwear Allowance The Company will reimburse full-time employees up to fifty ($50.00) dollars per year toward the cost of footwear upon presentation of a receipt.
