EXTRA DUTY/EXTRA PAY. 3 I. Compensable duties in addition to those described in Article XII shall be defined as Extra 4 Duty/Extra Pay. The positions applicable under this Article are listed in Appendix B. 5 II. Regular compensation for Extra Duty/Extra Pay positions shall be in accordance with 6 Appendix B. 7 III. Coaches of teams involved in CIF playoffs shall receive additional compensation for each 8 week beyond the regular season. The weekly rate shall be based on their regular rate of 9 Extra Duty/Extra Pay compensation divided by the number of weeks in the regular 10 season. 11 IV. The District shall administer Extra Duty/Extra Pay with the following procedures: 12 A. Vacant Extra Duty/Extra Pay positions shall be posted between May 15 and June 13 15, at the completion of the sports season, or when the position is vacated. 14 B. Unit members shall be required to submit a letter of interest, a resume and 15 interview for the position unless they have met the conditions specified in B.1. 16 1. EXTRA DUTY/EXTRA PAY. When non-Central Bucks District schools are dismissed at regular time during District early dismissal days and the driver must return to transport students, the driver shall be compensated for an additional one (1) hour of driving time.
EXTRA DUTY/EXTRA PAY. A. When non-Central Bucks District schools are dismissed at regular time during District early dismissal days and the driver must return to transport students, the driver shall be compensated for an additional one (1) hour of driving time. B. All sport, field, special trips and wrap around trips, or any other run not otherwise included in this salary schedule shall be compensated at the trip rates indicated above. Each driver shall be compensated for at least two (2) hours for each such sport, field, special needs, wrap around trips summer and alternate runs or special trip driven. C. Bus Cleaning- Drivers are expected to keep their bus clean at all times. Drivers are required to broom sweep their buses on the last day of school in preparation of the annual cleaning. The annual cleaning of buses shall be considered an extra bid assignment with drivers compensated at their regular hourly drivers' rate to a maximum of six (6) hours per bus and five (5) hours per van. Bus washers shall be compensated at their regular hourly drivers' rates. This work will be posted, interviews held and positions awarded by management. D. Emergency Shutdown -Drivers will be paid a minimum of one (1) hour for reporting to work if school is closed for any reason. If the driver has started his/her run and has to terminate, he/she will be paid for two (2) hours minimum.

Extra duty compensation will be paid in one payment upon completion of activity except for full year activities which will be paid one-half of the amount each semester. Extra duty assignment forms shall be provided the unit members for the following year and are due within 30 calendar days following the ratification date of the negotiated agreement. Such forms shall include compensation for such activity. D. All unit members beginning an extra duty or transferring to a different assignment will be placed on the first step. E. A representative of the Association will serve as an ex-officio member of the School Activities Review/ Evaluation Committee and shall be given two (2) weeks’ notice of regular meetings. A twenty-four hours notice will be given for emergency meetings.

  • Extra Duty Additional salary in excess of the scheduled salary may be paid to personnel who, due to the nature of their particular assignment, are required to give extra time, possess specialized training and acquire additional training. Personnel identified to receive such extra salary and the amount to be received will be recommended by the Superintendent of Schools subject to the approval of the Board of Education.

  • JURY DUTY PAY All employees required to serve on jury duty shall be paid by the School District the difference between their regular pay and jury duty pay. In implementing this section, the School District shall continue to pay the employee the regular rate of pay and the employee shall be obligated upon receipt of the jury duty pay from the governmental agency to immediately remit any witness fees received to the School District less any mileage expenses. Absences under this section shall not be deducted from accumulated leave.

  • Developer Payments Not Taxable The Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner intend that all payments or property transfers made by Developer to Connecting Transmission Owner for the installation of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and the System Upgrade Facilities and the System Deliverability Upgrades shall be non-taxable, either as contributions to capital, or as an advance, in accordance with the Internal Revenue Code and any applicable state income tax laws and shall not be taxable as contributions in aid of construction or otherwise under the Internal Revenue Code and any applicable state income tax laws.

  • Shift Differential Pay SECTION 1: In addition to compensation provided by the wage schedule, employees working between the hours of 3:00 P.M. and 7:00 A.M. shall be paid a shift differential premium of $.45 (forty-five cents) per hour in addition to the regular pay for those hours. SECTION 2: Employees must work a minimum of 3 (three) hours in order for shift differential to apply.

  • EI REBATE 1. The employer shall remit monthly to the BCTF Salary Indemnity Fund the proportionate share of the employment insurance premium reduction set out in the Previous Local Agreement. Where the proportionate share is not expressed in the Previous Local Agreement, the employer shall remit monthly to the BCTF Salary Indemnity Fund an amount consistent with the past practice of the local parties. The amount remitted on behalf of any employee shall not be less than 5/12 of said reduction. 2. The employer shall calculate each employee’s share of the savings which have been remitted pursuant to Article B.4.1 above and include that amount as part of the employee’s taxable income on the yearly T4 slip.

  • CP Costs Payments On each Settlement Date, Seller shall pay to Agent (for the benefit of the Conduits) an aggregate amount equal to all accrued and unpaid CP Costs in respect of the outstanding Capital of each of the Conduits for the related Settlement Period in accordance with Article II.
