Trip Rates. The time charged shall be from the time the bus is scheduled to leave until the bus returns to the parking lot with a minimum of one (1) hour. Trip rates shall be for transporting students for any other reason not covered by the bus run rates. Trips that begin after the official school day ends will be entitled to a maximum of fifteen (15) additional minutes for post trip responsibilities. For trips that are not three (3) hour minimums the driver will be paid the bus run rate for actual driving time plus $9.00 per hour for waiting time.
Trip Rates. (a) Each carrier shall develop Trip Rates for Starts in through freight service runs/pools. The Trip Rates shall incorporate the pay elements specified in Section 5 except as otherwise agreed by the parties or determined by the Disputes Committee established in Section 6 hereof. Once Trip Rates become effective for runs/pools, pay elements incorporated in such Trip Rates will not be used to support any claims for those pay elements relating to that trip. Pay elements not included in Trip Rates will continue to be covered by existing rules.
(b) A Trip Rate shall be developed for each separate run/pool except as otherwise provided in Section 9.
Trip Rates. Pay for trips other than regular daily runs including vans, shall be at $10 per hour. Pay for any trip that interferes with a driver’s normal schedule shall be at such rate so that the driver shall suffer no loss in compensation for said trip.
Trip Rates. Vancouver Island Trips - Trips shall be paid on the following basis: All hours worked shall be recorded and paid at straight time rate plus an 8% hourly premium (based on Diesel Driver Rate). It is understood there shall be no trip less than nine (9) hours.

7.2.1 The trip rates of pay are all up rates of pay with no additional payment to be made to drivers for these trips. Where the parties to this agreement seek to add additional trips to this part, they shall be reduced to writing and appended to this agreement. Trip rates shall be developed on the basis of the driving time and the loading and unloading required to be performed for these trips.
7.2.2 The trip rates have been calculated to include payment for all allowances and penalties that may otherwise have been payable, including but not limited to shift penalties, overtime payments, and penalty payments for work on a public holiday.
Trip Rates. Hourly rate to apply to all trips that remain within a mile radius of Terminal (see map attached to Collective Agreement Schedule 3). All trips outside the mile radius will be paid at the mileage rates in accordancewith
Trip Rates. (a) Subject to the approval of the General Manager K&S Freighters Pty Ltd, trip rates can be negotiated by the Area Manager to suit the particular needs of customers or the task. K&S Linehaul EBA rates to be used as the base formula. Such arrangements shall be further negotiated for application to intra–state activities.
(b) Where it is agreed that such work shall be done by employees covered by this Agreement, a written schedule of work, destinations, distances and rates shall be prepared and held on file in the company’s offices and such work and rates shall apply in lieu of the award.
Trip Rates. Hourly rate to apply on all trips of less than miles and also to and Midland. All trips of miles or less, will be paid as hourly. All trips in excess of miles will be paid in accordance with Effective September 1,2002: per drop which represents the first hour or any fraction thereof. Effective September 1,2003: per drop Effective September 1,2004: per drop All hours in excess of first hour to be paid at hourly rate. Mileage rates will be paid as per Practical mileages. Off route miles will be indicated on time sheets and paid in addition to book miles.
Trip Rates. For all Saturday and Sunday trips there will be a minimum of four (4) hours pay, when students have been loaded. If a driver reports for a trip that is cancelled before students are loaded on the bus, the driver shall be paid 1.25 hours at the trip rate and shall be given a “C”. Payment of trips will begin after the route time ends. Trips are to be paid in five (5) minute increments based on actual time worked. Drivers will be paid when school is canceled for snow day(s) or other “Act of God” unless the day(s) are required to be rescheduled to meet the State requirement of 180 days of instruction. Direct Deposit Policy — All drivers will receive their pay through direct deposit. FMLA requires covered employers to provide up to 12 weeks of unpaid, job-protected leave to eligible employees for the following reasons: for incapacity due to pregnancy, prenatal medical care or child birth; to care for the employee’s child after birth, or placement for adoption or xxxxxx care; to care for the employee’s spouse, son, daughter or parent, who has a serious health condition; or for a serious health condition that makes the employee unable to perform the employee’s job.
Trip Rates. Trip rates shall be jointly established by the Branch Manager and Local Union Representative subject to review by the President of the Company and the Executive Vice-President of the Union, or their representatives. Dependent on the requirement of business, the Company has the right to implement trip rates subject to review and agreement by the President of the Company and the Executive Vice-President of the Union, or their representatives. Any work performed under unusual circumstances not contemplated in the computation of the trip rate will be addressed on an individual basis, subject to redress through Article 10 should mutual resolution not be attained. A7.4 (a) Trip rates will be determined using the following formula. Travel time plus 1/2 loading time and 1/2 hour unloading time will be included in the trip rate. (Pre and Post trip inspection and paperwork to be included in the calculation of the trip rate. When it is known that load or unload time will exceed 1/2 hour, time will be included in the trip rate) Wait time after (1) one hour loading or (1) hour unloading will be paid for on an actual minute basis to the closest 15 minute interval.
