Fellows. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, during the period of time that a User is a Fellow,
(i) Medical Practice shall not, unless such User “moonlights” as a primary xxxxxx, be required to pay Physician Services Fees or Support Fees with respect to such User, (ii) Medical Practice shall pay Modernizing Medicine all other Fees applicable to such User and (iii) such User shall not count against the number of FTE Physician Users of Medical Practice authorized to use the Software. Immediately upon the expiration or termination of a User’s status as a Fellow, or if such User “moonlights” as a primary xxxxxx, such User shall cease to be authorized to use the Software unless (x) the counting of such former Fellow as a Physician User would not cause the number of FTE Physician Users of Medical Practice that use the Software to exceed the number of FTE Physician Users authorized to use the Software specified on Schedule “A” of this Agreement or (y) the total number of FTE Physician Users authorized to use the Software is increased in accordance with Section 3.11 of this Agreement. Medical Practice shall provide Modernizing Medicine with any evidence of a person’s status as a Fellow as Modernizing Medicine may reasonably request, including, without limitation, evidence of the accreditation of the applicable fellowship program and a letter from Medical Practice representing to such individual’s status as a fellow and the remaining period of time in such fellowship. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Medical Practice acknowledges and agrees that Modernizing Medicine may determine whether or not any individual is a Fellow in its sole discretion. Medical Practice shall promptly notify Modernizing Medicine in writing when a User ceases to be a Fellow.
Fellows. RRI Fellows are recognized international leaders in the area of forestry, land and resource tenure, poverty reduction, private sector companies and investment, and human rights issues who have proven their commitment to the objectives of RRI. They provide strategic guidance or collaborative work to RRI on an honorary basis and add to RRI’s pool of credible expertise and experience. They are nominated by RRI Partners or RRG–with the participation of Partners. RRG can appoint Fellows after a five-day non-objection consultation with the Board.
Fellows. A Learning and Teaching structure where currently practicing teachers apply to become an ELA, Math, Science, and Early Learning fellows for 1 year. In working with ESD coordinators, the fellows receive professional development so that they can support their schools.
Fellows. A Fellow shall be included in the Collective Bargaining Agreement as a defined term employee and shall receive the benefits contained in this Agreement except those limited in Section 4.7 and noted this paragraph. A Fellow shall accumulate annual and sick leave and holiday time at the levels contained in the Collective Bargaining Agreement during the term of his/her fellowship but no leave time shall be vested for payment at the end of the fellowship regardless of standing.

Fellows. An individual who performs bargaining unit work who is hired for a fixed period of at least one year but no more than two years. Such employees are covered by this Agreement.
Fellows. If a Fellowship is being paid to a graduate student through payroll and the graduate student receives a W-2, the graduate student is a bargaining unit member and is subject to the terms of this Agreement. Internal or external Fellowship awards to support a course of study for qualified graduate students are excluded from this Agreement. These Fellows receive financial support to focus on their graduate education without the requirement of service to the university (teaching, research, service, or engagement). These types of Fellows/Graduate students will abide by the terms of their specific Fellowship, to include, but not limited to the award amount. The above language does not modify the definition of the bargaining unit as described and certified in the ALRA Case 23-1784-RC. The parties shall meet to discuss implementation of the above no later than September 2024.
Fellows. Section 1. Fellows shall be subject to all provisions of this agreement unless noted, and eligible for all benefits, including health care, retirement plan eligibility and pay differentials.
Section 2. Fellows shall be hired for a 12-month period, subject to renewal.
Section 3. Fellows shall not be employed where, in effect, their employment would eliminate or displace a permanent part-time or full-time employee.
Section 4. Fellows shall be paid an annual wage of $55,000. The Employer reserves the right to increase fellow salaries during the duration of this contract to ensure the program remains competitive, but shall increase fellow pay to $58,750 no later than March 1, 2025.
1) The fellow class of 2023-2024 shall receive back pay at the above salary rate dating back to March 1, 2023.
Section 5. Fellows shall be provided with all necessary equipment to complete their term, including a laptop computer.
Section 6. The Employer shall cover the cost of one training event or conference for fellows during their term, or an educational or networking equivalent (including those conducted virtually), based on the availability of budgeted funds and subject to the provisions of Article 21: Training and professional development.
Fellows. The Council may from time to time admit members in accordance with the membership rules of the Institute, or any modifications, thereof.
Fellows. The District may sponsor Fellows through a bona fide educational institution or public agency to perform work consistent with the program or are that they are assigned to.
1. The District shall have the right to determine where the Fellows are assigned.
2. The District has the right to determine the number of Fellows in this program. However, the total hours for this program in any year shall not exceed 2,000 hours.
3. The District has the right to determine each Fellow’s work schedule. The District shall be allowed to assign intermittent, part-time, or full-time work schedules to Fellows. Fellows shall not be assigned in excess of 40 hours in a workweek.
4. The District shall report to the EA in writing the names and cumulative hours of work on a quarterly basis.
5. Fellows shall not be eligible to become members of the EA and are not covered by the MOU.
6. The pay rate for Fellows shall be determined by the sponsoring educational institution or public agency.
