Financial Management Software. You may supplement Online Banking by use of a connection ("Web Connect" or “Direct Connect”) between Online Banking and certain financial management software (e.g., QuickBooks™ software and related products) which allows you to integrate Online Banking transactions with your financial management software. The use of Online Banking through available financial planning software is inclusive of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including but not limited to, applicable transaction limits, processing and system availability. Refer to your specific financial planning software provider for details about their services. Account information accessed through financial management software must use an active User ID, Password and any other access devices or other secure method as may be required. If you choose to use financial management software you must purchase it from the manufacturer or a retailer and your use of same is governed by the software license agreement(s) included with each software application. You are responsible for its set-up, installation, maintenance, updates and upgrades. We make no warranties nor accept any liability for such software. You are responsible for all Online Transactions that you authorize using financial management software and if you permit any other person to access Online Banking using it, you are responsible for all Online Banking activities that they authorize. Our Online Banking records supersede any records stored or created on your equipment through the use of financial management software. Financial management software may not be usable when accessing Online Banking through a Mobile Device.

Financial Management Software. The Financial Management Software feature of the Online Banking Service (“FMS Service”) allows you to use financial management software (“FMS Software”) (e.g., Quicken®, or QuickBooks®) to access the Services and download Account information such as balance and transaction history. This section sets forth additional terms and conditions that apply whenever Customer uses or permits any other person(s) or entity to use the FMS Service. The terms and conditions contained in this section are limited to use of the FMS Service, and do not include use of products and services directly accessible through the Online Banking Service without the use of FMS Software. The Online Banking Service utilizes current releases of Quicken® and QuickBooks®, as may be made available from time to time from the respective software manufacturer. Customer is responsible for obtaining and maintaining any software that is required for operation of the FMS Service. Customer’s use of the FMS Software is governed by the software license agreement(s) included with each software application. Customer must agree to the terms and conditions of the software license agreement(s) during the installation of the FMS Software on Customer’s Computer. Customer is responsible for the correct set-up and installation of the FMS Software, as well as maintenance, updates and upgrades to the FMS Software and/or Customer’s Computer. Bank makes no warranties nor accepts any liability for such software. Bank is not responsible for any problems related to the FMS Software itself, Customer’s Computer or Customer’s ability to connect using the FMS Software as described in this Agreement. Information about Account activity is synchronized between Customer’s FMS Software and the Online Banking Service website. Customer may access such information directly through the Online Banking Service. Information via Customer’s FMS Software may differ from the information that is available directly through the Online Banking Service. Information available directly through the Online Banking Service may not be available via Customer’s FMS Software, may be described using different terminology, or may be more current than the information available via Customer’s FMS Software. The method of entering instructions via Customer’s FMS Software may also differ from the method of entering instructions directly through the Online Banking Service. Financial Management Software. The Recipient shall, no later than one (1) month after the Effective Date, install, in the Project Coordination Unit for purposes of Project implementation, accounting and financial management software, satisfactory to the Association.

You are responsible for obtaining a valid and separate license agreement with the provider of your financial management software. The list is neither exclusive nor exhaustive, and the items in the list are intended only as illustrations. They aren’t the only possible items that could appear in the list.
Financial Management Software. In the event the Online Services allows you to download certain information into Microsoft® Money, Microsoft® Office Accounting, Quicken®, QuickBooks® and other software we may identify from time to time on the Site (collectively "Financial Management Software"), you are responsible for obtaining any such Financial Management Software and entering into, and complying with, any license agreement required in connection with the use of such software. Contractor’s system shall provide fiscal control and accounting procedures that will include the following: i. Information pertaining to tuition rates, payments, and educational assistance payments; and

  • Financial Management Government financing and accounting activities (e.g., billing and accounting, credit/charge, expense management, payroll, payment/settlement, debt collection, revenue management, internal controls, auditing, activity based management, currency translation). Asset/Material Management: Acquisition and management of Federal government assets (property/asset management, asset cataloging/identification, asset transfer/allocation/maintenance, facilities management, computers/automation management). Development and Integration: Development and integration of systems across diverse operating platforms (e.g., legacy integration, enterprise application integration, data integration, instrumentation/testing, software development). Human Capital/Workforce Management Development and Integration: Planning and supervisory operations surrounding government personnel (e.g., resource planning/allocation, skills management, workforce directory/locator, team/organization management, contingent workforce management).

  • Information Services The Custodian may rely upon information received from issuers of Securities or agents of such issuers, information received from Subcustodians or depositories, information from data reporting services that provide detail on corporate actions and other securities information, and other commercially reasonable industry sources; and, provided the Custodian has acted in accordance with the standard of care set forth in Section 6 (a), the Custodian shall have no liability as a result of relying upon such information sources, including but not limited to errors in any such information.

  • Mobile Banking Services Mobile Banking is a personal financial information management service that allows you to access account information and conduct transactions using compatible and supported mobile phones and/or other compatible and supported wireless devices (including phones, "Wireless Devices"). We reserve the right to modify the scope of the Mobile Banking services at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through Mobile Banking. You agree and understand that Mobile Banking may not be accessible or may have limited utility over some mobile telephone networks, such as while roaming.

  • Network Management 60.1 CLEC and CenturyLink will exchange appropriate information (e.g., network information, maintenance contact numbers, escalation procedures, and information required to comply with requirements of law enforcement and national security agencies) for network management purposes. In addition, the Parties will apply sound network management principles to alleviate or to prevent traffic congestion and to minimize fraud associated with third number billed calls, calling card calls, and other services related to this Agreement. 60.2 The Parties will employ characteristics and methods of operation that will not interfere with or impair the Parties’ networks, or the network of any third parties or Affiliated companies, connected with or involved directly in the network or facilities of CenturyLink. 60.3 CLEC shall not interfere with or impair service over any circuits, facilities or equipment of CenturyLink, its Affiliated companies, or its connecting and concurring carriers. 60.4 If CLEC causes any impairment or interference, CenturyLink shall promptly notify CLEC of the nature and location of the problem and that, unless promptly rectified, a temporary discontinuance of the use of any circuit, facility or equipment may be required. The Parties agree to work together to attempt to promptly resolve the impairment or interference. If CLEC is unable to promptly remedy, then CenturyLink may, at its option, temporarily discontinue the use of the affected circuit, facility or equipment until the impairment is remedied. 60.5 Any violation of Applicable Law or regulation regarding the invasion of privacy of any communications carried over CenturyLink’s facilities, or that creates hazards to the employees of CenturyLink or to the public, is also considered an impairment of service. 60.6 CenturyLink shall give advanced notice to CLEC of all non-scheduled maintenance or other planned network activities to be performed by CenturyLink on any Network Element, including any hardware, equipment, software, or system, providing service functionality of which CLEC has advised CenturyLink may potentially impact CLEC End Users. 60.7 The Parties shall provide notice of network changes and upgrades in accordance with 47 C.F.R. §§51.325 through 51.335. CenturyLink may discontinue any Interconnection arrangement, Telecommunications Service, or Network Element provided or required hereunder due to network changes or upgrades after providing CLEC notice as required by this Section. CenturyLink agrees to cooperate with CLEC and/or the appropriate regulatory body in any transition resulting from such discontinuation of service and to minimize the impact to customers which may result from such discontinuance of service.

  • Online Banking Services We may provide Online Banking Services to you during the Term from time to time as described in this Agreement. You understand and agree that we may, and you authorize us to, provide Online Banking Services through one or more third party vendors. This Agreement does not apply to services provided under separate agreements with third party vendors that do not specifically reference this Agreement or that are not specifically referenced in this Agreement. Please refer to the online help and instructions on how to use our Online Banking Services. Such instructions are part of this Agreement. Please note that during your use of Online Banking Services, we may provide you with additional requirements and limitations regarding the use of Online Banking Services through the system by which we may provide Online Banking Services. You agree to be bound by any and all such additional requirements and limitations. You also agree to be bound by any and all of our published policies and procedures, whether published on the Web Site, through the Online Banking Services, or otherwise. Any and all such policies and procedures shall be a part of this Agreement.

  • Information Systems The Customer is aware that vehicles manufactured, supplied or marketed by a company within the Volvo Group are equipped with one or more systems which may gather and store information about the vehicle (the “Information Systems”), including but not limited to information relating to vehicle condition and performance and information relating to the operation of the vehicle (together, the “Vehicle Data”). The Customer agrees not to interfere with the operation of the Information System in any way.

  • Enterprise Information Management Standards Grantee shall conform to HHS standards for data management as described by the policies of the HHS Office of Data, Analytics, and Performance. These include, but are not limited to, standards for documentation and communication of data models, metadata, and other data definition methods that are required by HHS for ongoing data governance, strategic portfolio analysis, interoperability planning, and valuation of HHS System data assets.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:
