The primary contact person is also responsible for all damages to the Church. • All children must be supervised by an adult at all times. • No smoking allowed in the building. No fire is allowed in any of the rooms. If candles are used, please use no more than one. • All rooms must be returned to their original condition. • Users must leave the Church premises as they found them. Trash must be put in proper receptacles. • Nothing can be attached to the walls, panels or floors in any area of the Church, except with tape ONLY. • No food or beverages allowed in the Sanctuary. • Do not drag tables, chairs or any heavy objects across the Fellowship Hall floor. • No firearms, illegal drugs, or weapons are allowed on Church property. • Incidental use of the room(s) for measuring, planning, or decorating, at times other than the event are considered an additional usage period and also must be arranged with the Administrative Assistant. • No materials (rice, bird seed, etc.) shall be thrown on the premises. • No refunds if events are canceled within 30 days of the scheduled event date. • Your clean up time is included in your usage period. All clean-up must be completed before leaving the premises after the event. • All fees are applicable for those who are non-members at the time of the initial contact with the staff. In conjunction with the Board’s Acceptable Use Policy for technology and other applicable Board Policies, Regulations and procedures, these 1-to-1 Tablet Program Guidelines shall apply to all student tablets issued by and used in the District, including any other similar District electronic equipment and/or devices considered by the District Administration to come under these Guidelines. Teachers may set additional requirements for use of tablets in their classrooms in accordance with District Policy and curricular standards. The use of the tablet both in school and at home will be monitored by the Administration through a mobile device management software. Any violation of Board policy, these Guidelines, or the Sterling High School Acceptable Use Agreement will result in school discipline according to the Board’s Student Discipline Guidelines. The tablet is the property of the Board and subject to review and monitoring. Tablets Left at Home If students leave their tablet at home, they remain responsible for getting all course work completed as if they had their tablet present. Repeated failures to bring tablets to school, and charged, will result in a loss of home tablet use privileges at the discretion of the administration. Continued or consistent failures to bring tablet to school, and charged, may result in a total loss of tablet privileges and/or other disciplinary action in accordance with the Board’s student disciplinary policies. Refusal of Tablet Program Although participation in the Program is strongly encouraged, it is not mandatory. If parents/guardians of students eligible to participate in the Program do not wish for their student to take home a tablet as part of the Program, the parent/guardian must notify the school principal. If, at any time after the student receives a tablet, the student’s parents/guardians do not wish for the student to participate in the Program any longer, the parent must notify the school principal in writing and return the tablet and all District issued accessories in the same condition they were issued – various forms of technology may still be used by the student during the school day, but must be returned to a designated location at school at the end of every day. Once a student’s parents/guardians have refused, the student may not resume participation in that aspect of the Program unless a request for same is submitted in writing and approved by the District Administration. General usage rules. Members must comply with all rules & conditions of use outlined in this Agreement and displayed throughout the pool facilities. We wish to draw your attention also to the following general rules: - No under 18s are allowed in the pool area under any circumstances. - Appropriate swimwear should be worn at all times. - All attempts for the best of hygiene are requested. - Surfaces in the pool area are always wet, so members must take extra care. Running, jumping and ball games are not permitted. - Members should not swim if they have just consumed food or drink, or are feeling unwell. We recommend that food should not be consumed within one hour of swimming. No food, alcoholic beverages, or glass may be brought into the pool area. - Members must bring their own towels and robes. - Members may use the outdoor changing facility. However use of the spa changing facility is chargeable. - Members are advised to avoid wearing jewellery during swimming. - Abuse of staff will not be tolerated. - We reserve the right to request that any person leaves the pool or an event if the person’s conduct falls short of the required standard (in the General Managers reasonable opinion). No refund of fees or any other costs will be made in these circumstances. - CCTV coverage is recording in many internal and external areas of the premises
