HOLIDAY - OVERTIME PAYMENT. Where an Employee is scheduled to work on a paid holiday, he/she shall be paid at overtime rates for all hours worked in addition to his/her regular earnings for the paid holiday. Where an Employee is called back to work on a paid holiday, he/she shall be paid at overtime rates for all hours worked on callback with a minimum pay for four (4) hours at overtime rates in addition to his/her regular earnings for the paid holiday. Payment made in accordance with this clause shall constitute full compensation for the Employee in lieu of the observance of the paid holiday.

HOLIDAY - OVERTIME PAYMENT. All hourly employees shall take holidays on the 20 day of observance unless their work schedule requires otherwise for continuity of services, in which 21 event, they shall receive up to eight (8) hours straight time holiday pay (prorated to reflect their 22 normal workweek), plus time-and-one-half their base hourly rate of pay for any shift that begins on a 1 holiday as a holiday premium.
HOLIDAY - OVERTIME PAYMENT. 14.3.1 Should an employee's shift overlap a normal work day and a paid holiday then the shift shall be considered as occurring on the day the shift begins. 14.3.2 Where an employee is scheduled to work on a paid holiday and does work, he/she shall be paid two times (2X) his/her hourly rate of pay for all hours worked in addition to his/her regular earnings for the paid holiday. 14.3.3 Where an employee is called back to work on a paid holiday, he/she shall be paid two times (2X) his/her hourly rate of pay for all hours worked on callback with a minimum pay for four (4) hours at two times (2X) his/her hourly rate of pay in addition to his/her regular earnings for the paid holiday. 14.3.4 If an employee DOES NOT WORK on the day the holiday falls then: (a) If he/she would have been scheduled to work on that day, then he/she is paid his/her holiday entitlement for that day and has no further holiday entitlement. (b) If he/she would not have been scheduled to work on that day, by virtue of the day being his/her regular day of rest, then he/she is assigned another day in lieu thereof. (c) If he/she works on the day in lieu thereof, he/she is paid overtime as provided in Clause 14.3 in addition to his/her holiday entitlement. (d) In the case where both the date the holiday falls and the date the holiday is observed in lieu thereof falls on the employee's regular day of rest, the employee shall receive another day off as a holiday in lieu thereof.
