The Company may continue a TAW program pursuant to Article 14, Section 2. Employees on TAW shall receive their regular hourly rate of pay. Part-time employees on TAW shall be paid $10.50 per hour, unless their current pay rate is less than $10.50, in which case they shall receive their current rate of pay.
