Instructor Pay. Washington State Certified Instructors appointed as Department Instructors and assigned by the department to provide instruction in the areas of Defensive Tactics, Firearms, or EVOC, will be paid an additional five (5)percent of their base hourly salary, for the period of time they are conducting the assigned training. This does not pertain to training as part of an FTO assignment.
Instructor Pay. Any Bargaining Unit Member who, 1), is recognized as a state certified instructor or a certified instructor in a specific discipline 2) is assigned in advance by the division to conduct on-site training of other officers shall receive one hour of comp-time at the time and one half rate for each 5 (five) hours accumulated time of instruction worked as an instructor. To qualify as an instructor the member must be approved through the division training sergeant and also provide documentation to show training was conducted.
Instructor Pay. Unit members who are certified instructors shall receive an additional five percent (5%) while assigned and performing training duties in organized instruction of other County employees in the following subjects: Range Master, Defensive Tactics, Taser, Impact Weapons, Fire Life and Safety.
Instructor Pay. The Company may appoint new instructors to train one or more employees for the job. For the time spent instructing, they will receive will receive twenty five cents ($.25) per hour over their hourly rate.
Instructor Pay. Any nurse who conducts a training, class or inservice shall receive his or her regular rate of pay including any shift differential or certification premium the nurse would have received on his or her regularly scheduled shift regardless of the time of day of the training, class or inservice. Such nurse shall be paid for the actual length of the training, class or inservice or for the length of his or her regularly scheduled shift, whichever is greater.
Instructor Pay. In addition to any other compensation required by this Agreement, any employee who is an instructor shall receive a differential of $2.00 per hour for each hour in which the employee is providing training or teaching a class.
Instructor Pay. Any employee assigned by the District to teach an inservice class shall receive 1.8 times their per diem rate per hour.

Employees assigned as instructors will not be considered to be performing instructor duties for any prep time necessary to complete their instructor duties.
Instructor Pay. 10.14.6.1 An employee assigned to be an instructor will be eligible to receive additional pay equivalent to five percent (5%) of their regular hourly base rate of pay for a Special Adjustment to Pay for the hours spent as an instructor.
Instructor Pay. When an employee is a certified instructor and is required to instruct courses in the First Responder Program, Tech Rescue, Fire Boat Operation, and/or Auto Extrication, that employee shall be paid a ten percent (10%) premium for the hours the employee spends instructing. The Employer may designate additional training programs to qualify pursuant to this provision.
