Joint Committee on Technological Change. (a) Within sixty (60) days of the signing of this Agreement, the parties are to establish a Joint Committee on Technological Change of equal representation of the Union and the Employer for the purpose of maintaining continuing cooperation and consultation on technological change and job security. The committee shall appoint additional representatives as required. (b) The Joint Committee on Technological Change shall consult as required to discuss matters of concern between the parties related to technological change and circumstances identified in Article 32.07, and 32.

Joint Committee on Technological Change and Automation 1. To review the impact of technological changes as soon as possible after the development of the implementation plan, 2. To meet and discuss the impact of the implementation plan on such issues as wage and classification changes; career ladder realignment; methods of introduction of new equipment and operating procedures; ergonomic specification; health and safety issues; training and job redesign. 3. To develop and recommend specific training programs and/or procedures regarding use and operation of computer equipment. 4. To review specific problems as they arise.
Joint Committee on Technological Change. (a) Within sixty (60) days of the signing of this Agreement, the parties are to establish a Joint Committee on Technological Change of equal representation of the Union and the Employer for the purpose of maintaining continuing cooperation and consultation on technological change and job security. The committee shall appoint additional representatives as required. (b) The Joint Committee on Technological Change shall consult as required to discuss matters of concern between the parties related to technological change and circumstances identified in Article 32.07, and 32.13. The parties may agree to consult by telephone. (c) The Joint Committee on Technological Change shall be responsible for: (1) defining problems; (2) developing viable solutions to such problems; (3) recommending the proposed solution to the employer. (d) The Employer will provide the Joint Committee on Technological Change with as much notice as reasonably possible of expected redundancies, relocations, re-organizational plans, technological change and proposed contracting out of work. (e) It is understood that the Joint Committee on Technological Change provided for herein shall be a single committee to cover all bargaining units represented by the Union.
Joint Committee on Technological Change. The Joint Committee established in accordance with the Agreement will be responsible: (i) to determine the classification within a bargaining unit that will be considered as a single classification for the purpose of the Program; (ii) to assess the operational requirements surrounding the Employer’s requirement to limit the number of the employees to receive voluntary resignation offers; (iii) to review and clarify the impact of resignations on service delivery; (iv) to participate in the process of notifying displaced and laid off employees of their options under this Program; and to address issues that may arise in respect of the interpretation and application of this Program.
Joint Committee on Technological Change. The Joint Committee established in accordance with the Agreement will be responsible: (i) to determine the classifications within a bargaining unit that are able to be considered a classification group for the purposes of this Program. A classification group may only include the Classifications requiring the same threshold qualifications and abilities. Where there are different requirements in a classification such as license, registration, certification, special skills or supervisory responsibilities, the classifications would not normally be grouped. (ii) to assess the operational requirements surrounding the Employer’s requirement to limit the number of the employees to receive voluntary resignation offers; (iii) to review and clarify the impact of resignations on service delivery; (iv) to participate in the process of notifying displaced and laid off employees of their options under this Program; and to address issues that may arise in respect of the interpretation and application of this Program.
Joint Committee on Technological Change. To ensure that the introduction and implementation of significant technological changes in the workplace occur in the most effective manner, a Joint Committee on Technological Change shall be established within each Department/Agency. The total number of Committee representatives at each Department/Agency shall be mutually agreed upon by the parties at each Department/Agency. The Committee shall meet quarterly or more frequently as mutually agreed upon by the parties. The Department/Agency Chief Information Officer or his/her designee shall attend Committee meetings quarterly or more frequently as mutually agreed upon by the parties. The Committee may request and receive access to appropriate Commonwealth personnel knowledgeable about the proposed technological change to review and discuss information concerning any technological changes planned by the Commonwealth. The Committee shall: A. discuss the impact of significant technological changes as soon as possible after the development of the implementation plan; B. consider Union recommendations regarding alternatives to said technological changes and/or implementation plan;

  • TECHNOLOGICAL CHANGES 29.01 Any significant technological changes affecting members or their work environment will be discussed between Management and the Association prior to implementation with a view to resolving any problems. Whenever practical, the Board, through the Administration of the Service, will commence such discussions at least three (3) months in advance of the planned change.

  • TECHNOLOGICAL CHANGE 45.1 The parties have agreed that in cases where, as a result of technological change, the services of an employee are no longer required beyond a specified date because of lack of work or the discontinuance of a function, the Work Force Adjustment Policy concluded by the parties will apply. In all other cases, the following clauses will apply: 45.2 In this Article "Technological Change" means:

Additional International Olympic Committee, International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement names (including their IDN variants) may be added to the list upon ten (10) calendar days notice from ICANN to Registry Operator. Such names may not be activated in the DNS, and may not be released for registration to any person or entity other than Registry Operator. Upon conclusion of Registry Operator’s designation as operator of the registry for the TLD, all such names withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator shall be transferred as specified by ICANN. Registry Operator may self-­‐allocate and renew such names without use of an ICANN accredited registrar, which will not be considered Transactions for purposes of Section 6.1 of the Agreement.
