Knowledge, Skills, Competence and Experience. The contractor should have proven correctional research skills in order to complete this project to the required standards and should already be familiar with the literature relating to correctional interventions evaluation and motivational programmes thus allowing them to target the most relevant and up-to-date research literature. They must have access to contemporary published and unpublished materials and have a proven track record in producing quality research on time and in budget. Qualifications Postgraduate level qualifications in psychological or criminological research or allied areas. Security Clearance The work will be completed off site and therefore no security clearance will be required. Contractor’s Personnel There will be no change in the Contractor’s personnel, identified in Appendix D, during the contract period without the prior written agreement of the Authority.
