Lead Operator Allowance. Where an employee is appointed to the position of Lead Operator, they shall be paid an allowance as set out in the table below per hour for performing this duty. This allowance shall be paid for all purposes (this will include overtime, annual leave, long service leave etc where the employee is receiving the allowance at the commencement of the leave).
