Lead Operator Allowance. Where an employee is appointed to the position of Lead Operator, they shall be paid an allowance as set out in the table below per hour for performing this duty. This allowance shall be paid for all purposes (this will include overtime, annual leave, long service leave etc where the employee is receiving the allowance at the commencement of the leave). This also applies to the payment of shift allowances. An employee who has completed a period of work, including overtime, shall not recommence duty before at least ten (10) hours have elapsed. The provisions of this clause shall apply as if eight (8) hours were substituted for ten (10) hours when overtime is worked:
