Location Transfers. The County shall provide ten (10) working days written notice when transferring employees to a new location in excess of ten (10) miles from their current worksite, except in cases of emergencies. Transfers shall not be arbitrary or capricious.
Location Transfers a) The Employer agrees to provide bargaining unit employees the opportunity to indicate their transfer preferences. The “Transfer Preference Form” will be completed annually and maintained by Human Resources who will provide a copy to the Local President. When a vacancy become available, the Employer agrees to review the “Preference List” first to determine if there is a suitable match.
Location Transfers. A bargaining unit employee voluntarily transferring to another bargaining unit position at another location will receive the rate of pay for the new position. Transfers between locations are on a voluntary basis when an opening occurs and will be provided based on seniority with the senior employee having first choice. The employee requesting a transfer must possess the skills and ability to perform the job. Any dispute over skills and ability will be resolved jointly by the national parties. The employee’s seniority date for the purpose of layoff, recall, and job assignments will be the employee’s date of entry into the new location. In the event that there is a plant closure or significant permanent layoff i.e., a permanent shift closure, where the Company provides services, the National parties will meet and discuss opportunities for transfer that may exist. Employee’s who transfer and/or refuse a plant transfer will be restricted from future plant transfers for a period of six (6) months. If an employee transfer occurs as a result of two plants merging, the parties agree to meet to discuss the best way to manage the situation.
Location Transfers. The Company agrees to maintain its current policy in relation to temporary transfers from one location to another within the ambit of the bargaining unit.
Location Transfers. In the event the College posts a full-time faculty vacancy or a newly created full- time faculty position at a specific location, faculty who have received continuing appointment have the right to transfer and fill the vacancy or newly created position subject to competency and/or qualifications and seniority. If a faculty member transfers from one location to another, he/she will retain college-wide and divisional seniority for all purposes, including, but not limited to, overload appointments, sabbatical leaves, and committee memberships.   • Shift Transfers An employee who wishes to work on a shift other than the shift assigned to him by the Company, may make application in accordance with the terms of this Section:

  • Permitted Transfers The provisions of Section 8.1 shall not apply to (a) a transfer or an assignment of this Lease in connection with the sale of substantially all the original Tenant’s assets if: (I) such sale of assets occurs on an arms’-length basis, to an unrelated third party, and is for a bona fide business purpose and not primarily to transfer Tenant’s interest in this Lease; and (II) upon the consummation of the transfer or assignment, the transferee or assignee is, in the sole, but reasonable determination of Landlord (and its lender, if applicable), capable of satisfying all of Tenant’s obligations hereunder; (b) an assignment of this Lease to a successor to Tenant by merger, consolidation, reorganization or similar corporate restructuring or to an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with, Tenant; or (c) a subletting of the Premises or any part thereof. In the case of an assignment or sublease that is expressly permitted pursuant to (a) or (c) of this Section 8.3, Tenant shall nevertheless be required to provide Landlord with notice of such assignment or sublease and a true and complete copy of the fully-executed documentation pursuant to which the assignment or sublease, as applicable, has been effectuated within ten (10) business days after the effective date of such assignment or sublease. Any permitted transferee under (a) of this Section 8.3 shall execute and deliver to Landlord any and all documentation reasonably required by Landlord in order to evidence assignee’s assumption of all obligations of Tenant hereunder and to evidence the assignee’s compliance (or ability to comply) with (a)(II) above. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Section 8.3, in no event may Tenant assign, mortgage, transfer, pledge or sublease this Lease to any entity whatsoever if, at the time of such assignment, mortgage, transfer, pledge or sublease, a Default has occurred and remains continuing under this Lease.

  • Telephone Transfers A telephone transfer of funds from this account to another account with us, if otherwise arranged for or permitted, may be made by the same persons and under the same conditions generally applicable to withdrawals made in writing. Unless a different limitation is disclosed in writing, we restrict the number of transfers from a savings account to another account or to third parties, to a maximum of six per month (less the number of "preauthorized transfers" during the month). Other account transfer restrictions may be described elsewhere.

  • Hardship Transfers Employees who have a hardship that involves the immediate family may request a hardship transfer. Before such transfers are granted, the Employer must determine an actual hardship exists. Because the hardship transfer takes priority over the regular list, the Employer shall advise those on the regular transfer list of the reason for the hardship transfer.

  • Information Transfer and Storage Supplier will use Industry Standard encryption to encrypt Accenture Data that is in transit. Supplier will also use Industry Standard encryption to restrict access to Accenture Data stored on physical media that is transported outside of Supplier facilities.

  • Data Transfers You acknowledge and agree that we may access and Process Personal Data on a global basis as necessary to provide the Subscription Service in accordance with the Agreement, and in particular that Personal Data may be transferred to and Processed by HubSpot, Inc. in the United States and to other jurisdictions where HubSpot Affiliates and Sub-Processors have operations. Wherever Personal Data is transferred outside its country of origin, each party will ensure such transfers are made in compliance with the requirements of Data Protection Laws.

  • Refused Transfers We reserve the right to refuse any transfer. As required by applicable law, we will notify you promptly if we decide to refuse to transfer funds.

  • Balance Transfers We may permit you to transfer balances and obligations that you owe other companies or financial institutions to your Account, subject to the terms and conditions disclosed in the Offer Materials (“Balance Transfers”). Balance Transfers will post to your Account and be separately reflected on monthly Account statements as a Balance Transfer, or, depending upon the offer, may post to the Account and be treated as a Purchase or an Advance. We will, in connection with any Balance Transfer offer we make, provide you with materials that explain how the Balance Transfer will post to your Account and be reflected on monthly Account statements. You may not request Balance Transfers on existing obligations you owe us or our affiliates. If you request a Balance Transfer that would cause your Account to exceed its Revolve Limit, we may, at our option, (a) post the entire Balance Transfer requested to your Account; (b) post only a portion of the Balance Transfer requested to your Account up to the amount of credit available under the Revolve Limit; or (c) refuse to process the entire amount of the Balance Transfer requested.

  • Onward transfers The data importer shall only disclose the personal data to a third party on documented instructions from the data exporter. In addition, the data may only be disclosed to a third party located outside the European Union (in the same country as the data importer or in another third country, hereinafter ‘onward transfer’) if the third party is or agrees to be bound by these Clauses, under the appropriate Module, or if:

  • Employee Transfers In the event an Employee is transferred between Participating Employers, accumulated service and eligibility shall be carried with the Employee involved. No such transfer shall effect a termination of employment hereunder, and the Participating Employer to which the Employee is transferred shall thereupon become obligated hereunder with respect to such Employee in the same manner as was the Participating Employer from whom the Employee was transferred.
