MANAGEMENT STRATEGY AND START UP. 2.1 The Contractor’s plan for the service The Contractor will submit a plan to the Service Manager for acceptance within the period stated in the service agreement.
MANAGEMENT STRATEGY AND START UP. 2.1 The Contractor’s plan for the service In the TSC3 the Contractor’s plan is his “design” for performing the service throughout the service period. Section 2 of the conditions of contract describes what the Contractor is to show in his plan both in the core clauses and some additional requirements in each of the main Options. The extent of the Contractor’s plan will depend on whether the Contractor is required to develop a plan in accordance with the Employer’s broad outline of the service or whether the Employer has provided a plan for the Contractor to follow. Read the TSC3 Guidance Notes pages 21 and 22 for more information on the Contractor’s plan. Use this section to describe any particulars which must be taken into account by the Contractor in developing his plan as required by clause 21.2. For example The information about the order and timing or method of carrying out particular items of work. (refer to Appendix B and 1.4 above) List the technical reporting and scheduling requirements which are to be incorporated into the Contractor’s plan.
MANAGEMENT STRATEGY AND START UP. 2.1 The Contractor’s plan for the service  The Contractor is to work in accordance with the Employer’s plans and procedures.  On contract award date the Employer shall inform the Contractor of the frequency and detail required in each programme, when and if applicable.  The Contractor is expected to make use of software project management tools to assist them in the planning and scheduling of their work load and have the functionality to provide the Employer with a project plan, in the event of an outage, or a schedule of work for day-to-day activities.  In the event of an outage or project related work, the original duration, remaining duration, back log, delays experienced etc., are to be clearly reflected in a general planning report.  The method for reporting on activities in progress is by remaining duration, i.e. the time, in working days, needed to complete the activity from the report date. Once an activity has started, the remaining duration is assessed for each update.  Resource information for manpower, plant and equipment based on the Employer’s Site is required. The number of resources will also determine the number of Safety and supervisory personnel. The Employer wishes to encourage the Contractor not to exceed 6 team members per supervisor.

This plan includes: a) Description of defect b) Reasons for lengthy repairs c) Date machine will be back in service
MANAGEMENT STRATEGY AND START UP. The Contractor’s plan for the service Prior to the activation of this contract, the Contractor must submit his plan (contractor's plan for the intended services) for approval by the employer, which should provide a matrix detailing the following: All the various Affected Areas referenced against the three-year time-axis to indicate when exactly each service activity (daily, weekly, monthly, 6 monthly, 12 monthly) will be performed. The plan must also aim to schedule the activities with reference to the contractor's available manpower with the airport's operational hours as detailed below. The importance is ensuring balance between maintaining the Affected Areas and the airport’s operational requirements. All maintenance that require service interruption must be performed outside airport operating hours. The airport’s operational hours are detailed as follows: o Monday to Thursday 06H00 to 19H00 o Friday 06H00 to 20H00 o Saturday 08H00 to 15H00 o Sunday 08H00 to 19H30 The airport’s operational hours are published in the AIP for XXXX and may change from time to time based on operational requirements. The submitted Contractor’s Plan will form part of Annex C (Contractor’s Plan for Service). Together with the submitted plan, the Contractor shall provide a Schedule of equipment and tools, which will be used on this contract. The list will form part of the tender returnable schedules. The equipment will be judged against the Contractor’s Plan for the service to understand whether the bidder has fully understood his obligations and whether he is able to do the work. The Contractor shall ensure that he devise practical methods during all service activities, which will mitigate damage to property and people. Possible methods to be used is the application of a moving/portable shield (canvas) during grass cutting activities, in areas where the required safety distances cannot be maintained. Together with the submitted plan, the Contractor shall provide a Schedule of equipment and tool, which will be used on this contract. The list will form part of the tender return schedules. The equipment will be judged in conjunction with the Contractor’s Plan for the service to understand whether or not the bidder has fully understood his obligations and whether he is able to do the work. The minimum equipment items that should feature on the list is detailed as follows: 1. Ride-on Mowers 2. Brush cutters 3. Push mowers 4. Trailer

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing the contractor employees within the procurement services environment and duties. Communication between the parties will be relevant to these profiles.

If remote access is approved, Personnel will use multi-factor authentication, which may include the use of smart cards with certificates, One Time Password (OTP) tokens, and biometrics.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Contract Management To ensure full performance of the Contract and compliance with applicable law, the System Agency may take actions including: a. Suspending all or part of the Contract; b. Requiring the Grantee to take specific corrective actions in order to remain in compliance with term of the Contract; c. Recouping payments made to the Grantee found to be in error; d. Suspending, limiting, or placing conditions on the continued performance of the Project; e. Imposing any other remedies authorized under this Contract; and f. Imposing any other remedies, sanctions or penalties permitted by federal or state statute, law, regulation, or rule.

  • Enterprise Information Management Standards Grantee shall conform to HHS standards for data management as described by the policies of the HHS Office of Data, Analytics, and Performance. These include, but are not limited to, standards for documentation and communication of data models, metadata, and other data definition methods that are required by HHS for ongoing data governance, strategic portfolio analysis, interoperability planning, and valuation of HHS System data assets.

  • Quality Management Grantee will: 1. comply with quality management requirements as directed by the System Agency. 2. develop and implement a Quality Management Plan (QMP) that conforms with 25 TAC § 448.504 and make the QMP available to System Agency upon request. The QMP must be developed no later than the end of the first quarter of the Contract term. 3. update and revise the QMP each biennium or sooner, if necessary. Xxxxxxx’s governing body will review and approve the initial QMP, within the first quarter of the Contract term, and each updated and revised QMP thereafter. The QMP must describe Xxxxxxx’s methods to measure, assess, and improve - i. Implementation of evidence-based practices, programs and research-based approaches to service delivery; ii. Client/participant satisfaction with the services provided by Xxxxxxx; iii. Service capacity and access to services; iv. Client/participant continuum of care; and v. Accuracy of data reported to the state. 4. participate in continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities as defined and scheduled by the state including, but not limited to data verification, performing self-reviews; submitting self-review results and supporting documentation for the state’s desk reviews; and participating in the state’s onsite or desk reviews. 5. submit plan of improvement or corrective action plan and supporting documentation as requested by System Agency. 6. participate in and actively pursue CQI activities that support performance and outcomes improvement. 7. respond to consultation recommendations by System Agency, which may include, but are not limited to the following: i. Staff training; ii. Self-monitoring activities guided by System Agency, including use of quality management tools to self-identify compliance issues; and iii. Monitoring of performance reports in the System Agency electronic clinical management system.

  • Project Management Project Management Institute (PMI) certified project manager executing any or all of the following: • Development of Project Charter • Development of project plan and schedule • Coordination and scheduling of project activities across customer and functional areas • Consultation on operational and infrastructure requirements, standards and configurations • Facilitate project status meetings • Timely project status reporting • Address project issues with functional areas and management • Escalation of significant issues to customers and executive management • Manage project scope and deliverable requirements • Document changes to project scope and schedule • Facilitate and document project closeout

  • General Management In the discharge of its general duty to manage the successful performance of the Services, Vendor shall: 3.2.1.1. within thirty (30) calendar days of the Effective Date, identify to Citizens the primary and secondary management contacts responsible for the oversight and management of Services for Citizens; 3.2.1.2. ensure Vendor Staff tasked with management and oversight of the Services are available promptly to perform Services during Business Hours; 3.2.1.3. ensure each assigned Adjuster submits a time record directly to Vendor’s manager or point of contact. At any time during this Agreement, Citizens may require copies of time records from Vendor; 3.2.1.4. ensure that no Vendor Staff carries a weapon on their person while performing Services; 3.2.1.5. ensure that no Vendor Staff uses impairing drugs, chemicals, or alcohol while performing Services; 3.2.1.6. ensure that Vendor Staff avoid using their duties and obligations under this Agreement to engage in any conduct that could create either an actual or perceived conflict of interest, such as due to an ongoing business relationship with an entity other than Citizens that would enable Vendor Staff to receive an improper benefit or unfair competitive advantage; 3.2.1.7. ensure that the Services comply with the Best Claims Practices & Estimating Guidelines as applicable to each Service Category and any other policies or processes set forth by Citizens, including but not limited to: a. monitoring applicable file production on a weekly basis to determine compliance with Citizens’ production requirements; and, b. providing detailed reports to Citizens related to Vendor performance upon request.

  • MANAGEMENT OF EVALUATION OUTCOMES 12.1 Where the Employer is, any time during the Employee’s employment, not satisfied with the Employee’s performance with respect to any matter dealt with in this Agreement, the Employer will give notice to the Employee to attend a meeting; 12.2 The Employee will have the opportunity at the meeting to satisfy the Employer of the measures being taken to ensure that his performance becomes satisfactory and any programme, including any dates, for implementing these measures; 12.3 Where there is a dispute or difference as to the performance of the Employee under this Agreement, the Parties will confer with a view to resolving the dispute or difference; and 12.4 In the case of unacceptable performance, the Employer shall – 12.4.1 Provide systematic remedial or developmental support to assist the Employee to improve his performance; and 12.4.2 After appropriate performance counselling and having provided the necessary guidance and/or support as well as reasonable time for improvement in performance, the Employer may consider steps to terminate the contract of employment of the Employee on grounds of unfitness or incapacity to carry out his or her duties.
