Mealtime. In the event that an employee is called back to work from mealtime and is not provided a meal period of reasonable duration later in his/her watch, such employee shall receive overtime pay for the duration of the mealtime not taken. If any employee independently or without proper authorization elects not to take mealtime, such employee shall not receive overtime payment for the mealtime missed.
Mealtime. Mealtime for shift employees is thirty (30) minutes of paid time.
Mealtime. In the event that an employee is called back to work from mealtime and is not provided a meal period between the second (2nd) and fifth (5th) hour, that employee shall receive overtime pay for the mealtime not taken.
Mealtime. Employees with the exception of those indicated below, assigned to work the forty (40) hour work week schedule shall be entitled to one (1) mealtime for eight (8) or more consecutive hours worked. All mealtime taken is considered non-work time and to be without pay. The schedule for meal breaks shall be determined by management, taking into consideration the continuity of services provided to the public, and the convenience of the employee. In no case will meal breaks be permitted to exceed one (1) hour, or can they be taken at the beginning or end of a work schedule. Community Service Officers will be provided a paid meal period and may be recalled during their meal period due to a work emergency.
Mealtime. If an employee starts to work before 6:00 a.m. there shall be a one-half (½) hour mealtime allowed during the first five (5) hours.
Mealtime. Day workers shall be allowed not less than 30 minutes nor more than one hour between the hours of 11.00a.m. and 2.30p.m. on each working day for the purpose of taking a meal. Such meal breaks are unpaid (unless otherwise mutually agreed) and may be staggered by agreement with the employees in the section concerned within each particular work area in order that full production may be maintained wherever possible. All employees other covered by this agreement, must clock off and on when leaving the site during meal breaks. Shift workers shall be allowed an interval of 20 minutes each shift for crib at a time agreed upon by management and the employee, such interval to be counted as time worked and paid for as such. An employee who is called upon to work for two hours after his/her normal ceasing time shall be allowed not less than 30 minutes for a meal break, (or 20 minutes for a crib in the case of shift workers) which shall be taken immediately after the normal ceasing time, in cases where the amount of overtime is known at the conclusion of the normal ceasing time. Where an employee is required to work during his/her meal period he/she shall be paid at the rate of double time for work so performed. Not more than five hours shall be worked without a break for a meal or interval for crib.
Mealtime. Trips that occur within one (1) hour from the end of the employee’s scheduled p.m. route time. Will be paid through up to one (1) hour. Weekend Trips Any trip done on Saturday and or Sunday during the regular school year. (Excluding holiday/recess work) Drivers must work their a.m. and p.m. route on Friday in order to take a weekend trip. In the event a Friday is not worked before a trip, the trip will be considered canceled by a driver. Sign-Up Sheet A list with all drivers' and/or attendants’ names in seniority order. To be used to sign up for any non-Xxxxx-Westland days, holiday/recess, or summer work. Work list Drivers and/or attendants actually working the non-Xxxxx-Westland days, holiday/recess, and summer work.
Mealtime. Employees shall be provided an opportunity to enjoy a unpaid meal time of not less than one-half (1/2) hour nor more than one (1) hour to be designated by the Employer as near as possible to the mid-point of their shift. It is the employee’s responsibility to take the agreed-upon mealtime break.

Mealtime. Employees working with no designated mealtime will eat at their workstation on company time when work permits.
