Non-probationary Sample Clauses

Non-probationary teaching Professional Employees, after the fourth(4th) year of employment, shall be evaluated at least once in every three (3) years by not later than February 15 of the school year in which the employee is evaluated. Additional evaluations may occur upon mutual consent of the teaching Professional Employee and Administration.

Non-probationary. “Non Probationary” means an employee who has completed an initial probationary period required as a part of the public employer’s employment process.
Non-probationary. Each GESSA non-probationary employee shall have an evaluation conference with his/her immediate supervisor at least every other year and will be provided with a written evaluation of his/her job performance. A GESSA employee may request a conference with his/her supervisor to discuss the employee’s performance during any year; such a conference will be held at the discretion of the supervisor. Absent extenuating circumstances, the formal evaluation conference for a GESSA non-probationary employee will be held by May 1 in any given year in which such GESSA employee is formally evaluated. The GESSA employee and his/her supervisor may also agree that the evaluation conference shall be held after May 1.
Non-probationary benefits-eligible employees are eligible to participate in Employer’s TDM program.
Non-probationary. Contract Teachers may be granted up to one (1) year of medical leave for illness to themselves or members of their household. A statement of medical justification from a licensed physician must accompany the application for leave, and a licensed physician's statement may be required for reinstatement from leave.

In the event that an Employee appeals the findings of the Board of Trustees to arbitration, as provided in Article 11, the Employee shall be precluded from pursuing any appeal to the Common Pleas Court, except as provided in Ohio Revised Code Chapter 2711.
