OFFICE SPACE & FACILITIES. 15.01.1 The employer shall ensure that hiring units allocate to employees appropriate and reasonably uniform space (where such space is controlled by the hiring unit), and the use of other facilities, services and equipment as required for the performance of their duties and responsibilities. The employer shall also provide such other reasonable services needed for the performance of professional duties and responsibilities as are offered to other members of the University and can be provided at no additional cost to the employer.
OFFICE SPACE & FACILITIES. An employee who holds a position at Xxxxxxxx College will be provided with access to a mailbox in the department in which the employee holds the pos‑ ition .
OFFICE SPACE & FACILITIES. 18.1 The Employer agrees to provide the Employees with the use of space, facilities, services and equipment as determined by the employing department as available for the performance of their duties and responsibilities. Individual member concerns relating to office space should be brought to Labour Management Committee. The Labour Management Committee will address the concerns within a three (3) month period.
OFFICE SPACE & FACILITIES. The Government shall provide on-site office space and shall give the Contractor access to Government-owned equipment required to support the requirements defined in this SOW.
