Other Extended Leaves of Absence. Other leaves of absence may be granted upon recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools and approval of the Board. Should the leave be determined upon application to constitute a positive contribution to the Rocky Point educational system, credit on the salary schedule shall be granted for the duration of the absence.
