Parental Responsibilities. 16.01 Upon request by an employee, the Division shall grant one (1) day paid leave per year to attend the birth or adoption of a child. The Division shall also grant one-half (1/2) day to accompany a child to a court appearance. Total leave is limited to one-half (1/2) day in each school year and is not cumulative.

Parental Responsibilities. Casual Employees who have been employed on a regular and systematic basis for an ongoing period of at least 12 months (immediately prior to the birth of the child) and who had (but for the pregnancy) a reasonable expectation of ongoing employment, will be entitled to a total of fifty two (52) weeks unpaid leave in order to be the child’s Primary Care Giver.
Parental Responsibilities. Students who move out of the residence halls while remaining an enrolled student at WSU or MSC-SE, will be charged an $800 agreement cancellation fee. • WSU may immediately cancel this Agreement and enter and retake possession thereof for the following reasons:
a. failure to make payment;
b. damage from fire, smoke, water or other causes natural and unnatural;
c. noncompliance with the rules and regulations of the residence halls, University policies, local laws, or federal and state laws. If the cancellation of this Agreement is based upon a disciplinary action, the student may be required to vacate immediately, and is subject to all meal plan stipulations. No previously paid charges or deposits shall be refunded to the student in such cases;
d. noncompliance with and/or breach of this Agreement;
e. loss of student status;

Support the Christian values of the school community. Support all the policies and strategies that the school uses to keep a positive working atmosphere. Give my child opportunities for home learning and support homework from school. Encourage my child to be positive about all aspects of school, including homework and the many other opportunities offered. Support the school’s policies, guidelines and sanctions for behaviour. Raise concerns through the appropriate channels. Attend parents’ evenings and discussions about my child’s progress. Encourage my child to show kindness and consideration to others. Talk to my child about his/her experiences in school and encourage his/her to do his/her best. Attempt to support the Catholic community and the school governors in their responsibilities for maintaining the school buildings in good repair.
