Personal Leave: Subd. 1. Employees who have completed their probationary period may be granted a leave at the discretion of SWWC of no more than twenty-four (24) hours per year, non-accumulative, for situations that arise requiring the employee's personal attention which cannot be attended to when work is not in session and which are not covered under other provisions of this Agreement.
Personal Leave: Subd. 1. A teacher may be granted a leave at the discretion of the employee of no more than three days per year for situations that arise requiring the teacher’s personal attention.
Personal Leave: Subd. 1: Accrual‌ A full-time teacher shall be granted personal leave of absence of 27 hours per year. Unused hours (maximum of 18) may be carried over for a maximum of 45 personal hours per year. If excess of 45 personal hours exists, 9 hours may be rolled into sick leave upon written request by the teacher. Less than full-time teachers may be granted personal leave on a pro rata basis.
Personal Leave: Subd. 1. Hours equivalent to three (3) personal days, based on the employee’s school year calculated FTE in Skyward, shall be allowed per year. All requests for personal leave shall be made via electronic Time Off system not less than twenty-four (24) hours in advance except in emergencies and will be granted on the basis of the order such requests are received. Not more than two (2) employees of this bargaining group per building will be granted personal leave on any given day. The CSPA shall be excluded from the building-wide limitation on the number of employees who may be absent for personal leave on a given day. No more than one (1) School Nurse may be absent on personal leave on a given day. Personal leave will not be granted during the first or last five (5) student contact days of the school year, or the day before or after a school vacation of five (5) days or more. Building Nurses can use only one (1) personal day in May. Exceptions may be granted in exceptional and unusual cases at the discretion of the Superintendent. Community Service program limits are separate from regular ed programs.

  • Personal Leave Written request for a personal leave of absence without pay will be considered on an individual basis by the Hospital. Such requests are to be submitted to the employee's immediate supervisor at least four (4) weeks in advance, unless not reasonably possible to give such notice, and a written reply will be given within fourteen (14) days except in cases of emergency in which case a reply will be given as soon as possible. Employees needing personal leave days for appointments with medical practitioners may utilize the personal leave language. Such leave shall not be unreasonably withheld.

  • Personal Leaves 8.11.4.1 As approved by the Board, personal leaves without pay may be granted in cases of exceptional need for up to six (6) months. Any such leave exceeding one (1) semester shall not be counted toward tenure or promotion or for computing salary increments. These leaves may be extended by the PVPAA upon recommendation of the xxxx for up to one (1) year.

  • Extended Personal Leave Personal leave without pay not to exceed thirty (30) 26 days may be granted at the discretion of the Superintendent. Personal leave in 27 excess of thirty (30) days shall be subject to approval by the Board.

  • Additional Personal Leave Where paid personal leave credits are exhausted:

  • Personal Leave Day A. An employee may choose one (1) workday as a personal leave day each fiscal year during the life of this Agreement if the employee has been continuously employed for more than four (4) months.

  • Paid Personal Leave A. During the first full pay period in each January, full-time employees on the payroll as of September 1, 2011 will be credited annually with paid personal leave credits at the following rate: Scheduled Hours per Week Personal Leave Credits 37.5 hours per week 37.500 hours 40.0 hours per week 40.000 hours Such personal leave may be taken during the following twelve (12) months at a time or times requested by the employee and approved by his/her Appointing Authority.   • Personal Leave Accrual All employees shall accrue personal leave at the rate of one and twenty-three hundredths (1.23) hours for each eighty (80) hours in active pay status, excluding overtime hours, not to exceed a total of thirty-two (32) hours accrued in one year.

  • Personal Leave With Pay With prior notification, full-time employees who are eligible to accrue sick leave may use a maximum of six (6) days personal leave with pay per year, provided that such days shall be charged against the employee’s current accrued sick leave. This leave is non-cumulative.

  • Unpaid Personal Leave Where an employee has exhausted all paid personal leave entitlements, they are entitled to take unpaid personal leave to care for members of their immediate family or household who are sick and require care and support or who require care due to an unexpected emergency. The employer and the employee shall agree on the period. In the absence of agreement, the employee is entitled to take up to two days (up to a maximum of 16 hours) of unpaid leave per occasion, provided the requirements of 7.2.5(a) and 7.2.5(b) are met.
