PERSONAL (SICK AND CARER’S) LEAVE. 38.1 Paid personal leave will be available to an employee when they are absent due to:
PERSONAL (SICK AND CARER’S) LEAVE. (a) Personal Leave is to be used in situations where an employee is unable to attend for work due to personal injury or illness (Xxxx Leave) or due to the need to care for or support a member of the Employee’s immediate family or household because of a personal illness or injury of the member or an unexpected emergency affecting the member (Xxxxx’s Leave).
PERSONAL (SICK AND CARER’S) LEAVE. 44.1. The parties recognise that excessive absenteeism is both costly and disruptive for the Council. On the other hand the parties also recognise the need for honesty, co-operation, flexibility and compassion in the managing and the taking of personal leave.
PERSONAL (SICK AND CARER’S) LEAVE. The provisions of this clause apply to full-time and regular part-time employees (on a pro rata basis) but do not apply to casual employees.
PERSONAL (SICK AND CARER’S) LEAVE i) Xxxx and Xxxxxx leave is provided to give paid leave for employees unable to attend work due to illness, injury or the need to care for immediate families or household members in the event of unforeseen illness or incapacity.
PERSONAL (SICK AND CARER’S) LEAVE. 35.1 Full time Employees accrue ten (10) days of personal sick and carer's leave for each year of continuous service. Part time Employees have a pro-rata entitlement to personal sick and xxxxx's leave based on the entitlement of full time Employees. Casual Employees are entitled to unpaid carer’s leave in accordance with the NES.
PERSONAL (SICK AND CARER’S) LEAVE. (a) Employees are entitled to up to 10 days Personal Leave per year.
PERSONAL (SICK AND CARER’S) LEAVE. All sick/carers leave entitlements shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Award. Sick/Carers Leave balance entitlements for employees shall accumulate to a maximum of 32 weeks. Uncapping of other sick leave not included as an accrual may be approved by the CEO on a case-by-case basis.
