Placement on Seniority List. After completion of the probationary period, employees shall be placed on a seniority list as of the first day worked. All employees shall earn seniority on the basis of one year worked equals one year seniority. Seniority for all full and part-time employees hired prior to the effective date of this Agreement shall accumulate seniority from their last date of hire (one year worked = one year seniority) minus any time off for permissive leave.
Placement on Seniority List. (a) The Employer shall maintain both Service Seniority Lists and Classification Seniority Lists.
(b) All employees shall be placed on the seniority lists in accordance with their service seniority and classification seniority.
(c) Employees shall be listed in descending order from the employee with the earliest seniority date.
(d) Where an employee works in more than one classification (such as concessions), that employee shall be listed in each classification in which they are assigned. (Refer to Article 13.1[b][3]).
Placement on Seniority List. A teacher's placement on the Seniority List shall be based on the following criteria in the following order:
Placement on Seniority List. SUBD.1. Educational Support Professionals shall acquire seniority after the probationary period in the appropriate category as defined in this Agreement. Upon successful completion of the probationary period, the seniority date shall relate back to the first day of work.
SUBD.2. Placement on the list will be determined by current assignment and by years of Educational Support Professional service with the School District.
Placement on Seniority List. An employee who is continued on the payroll after completing his/her probationary period of employment shall be placed on the seniority list as of the first date of employment.
Placement on Seniority List. All employees shall be classified with respect to seniority placement by department and classification. Employees shall be listed in descending order from the employee with the earliest seniority date.

Employees who qualified for Daily Scheduling as of 1/1/94 shall be listed in descending number of hours worked during the six (6) month period ending January 1, 1994, at the top of the applicable listing(s).
