Placement on Seniority List. After completion of the probationary period, employees shall be placed on a seniority list as of the first day worked. All employees shall earn seniority on the basis of one year worked equals one year seniority. Seniority for all full and part-time employees hired prior to the effective date of this Agreement shall accumulate seniority from their last date of hire (one year worked = one year seniority) minus any time off for permissive leave.

Placement on Seniority List. (a) The Employer shall maintain both Service Seniority Lists and Classification Seniority Lists. (b) All employees shall be placed on the seniority lists in accordance with their service seniority and classification seniority. (c) Employees shall be listed in descending order from the employee with the earliest seniority date. (d) Where an employee works in more than one classification (such as concessions), that employee shall be listed in each classification in which they are assigned. (Refer to Article 13.1[b][3]).

  • Seniority List The Employer shall maintain a seniority list showing the date upon which each employee's service commenced. An up-to-date seniority list shall be sent to the Union and posted on all bulletin boards in January of each year.
