The City will provide all necessary information pertaining to the other projects or developments to the best of its ability as it relates to this work.

Planned Projects. Consultant shall identify programmed infrastructure projects (and/or segments of roadway with deteriorating pavement approaching need-based PCR rehab thresholds) so opportunities to leverage incremental, cost-effective enhancements (e.g. signing & striping, traffic calming devices) can be implemented in conjunction with upcoming pavement maintenance projects. Consultant shall work closely with the City to stay abreast of the latest redevelopment plans at the former Xxxxxxx Xxxx Mall’s repurposing as a logistics hub, specifically the recently announced Amazon fulfillment center, just one-mile to north of Southgate.

Planned Projects. Scoped and Un-scoped projects with requirements that will be provided by the Village, reviewed by Service Provider, Scope of Work Developed, and pricing provided by Service Provider. The Service Provider shall deliver to the Village recommended projects for the next calendar year by June 1 each calendar year. Using the Service Provider’s recommendations, or developed independently, The Service Provider shall receive from the Village a list of Base and Planned Projects for the next calendar year no later than July 1 each calendar year. The Village may elect to suspend or reduce the SLA requirements to complete projects in a timely fashion. a. Projects that take less than 40 hours to complete shall be completed as though that project was a Base Service at no extra cost to the Village. b. Projects that clearly exceed 40 hours to complete must be presented in writing in a form acceptable to the Village and the Service Provider and the Village shall agree to pricing and the Village shall authorize work prior to InterDev beginning said Project. c. Projects that were estimated to take 40 hours or less time but do not shall be treated as follows. i. Projects that exceed 40 hours of time due to unforeseen circumstances by XxxxxXxx and through no fault of the Village will be treated as those described in (a.) above. ii. Projects that exceed 40 hours of time due to change orders requested by the Village but do not exceed a 20% increase in hours required to complete the project will only be billed the balance of time more than 40 hours. iii. Projects that exceed 40 hours of time due to change orders requested by the Village and exceed an increase of 20% in the hours required to complete the project will be billed for the entirety of the work. d. The Village retains the right to suspend or reduce any SLA for the Service Provider to complete an agreed upon project. Planned Projects a) Engagement Programme; An engagement programme which aims to establish, at an early age, the aspiration to participate in higher education among learners from the target groups. We have focused predominately on year 9 and year 12/13 students and engaged with these individuals in an interactive setting, including quiz’s and prizes for the younger ages and seminars and tutorials for the older age groups. Supported by HESA statistics it is imperative that we also continue to increase our recruitment numbers and engage with those considered BME students. As we are a small institution, a small increase in these numbers can have a great impact on our statistics.

  • Project 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.

  • Annual Work Plans and Budgets The Recipient shall furnish to the Association as soon as available, but in any case not later than September 1 of each year, the annual work plan and budget for the Project for each subsequent year of Project implementation, of such scope and detail as the Association shall have reasonably requested, except for the annual work plan and budget for the Project for the first year of Project implementation, which shall be furnished no later than one (1) month after the Effective Date.

  • Project Work Plan The Statement of Work is the formal document incorporated into the Grant. The Project Work Plan documents how the Grantee will achieve the performance measures outlined in the Grant. Changes to the Statement of Work require an amendment. Project Work Plans may be changed with written approval from PEI and the Grantee.

  • Project Completion The Contractor agrees to schedule a final job walk with the County. If required, the County will prepare a list of incomplete items, the “Punch List”. The Contractor agrees to complete the “Punch List” corrections and schedule a final project completion job walk. The County will sign the “Punch List” as completed when determined, the project is finished. The Contractor agrees to submit the following along with its final payment request:
