Planning Phase. The Contractor shall complete the design/specifications and then the Metrics Workbook in accordance with Exhibit E, Metrics Workbook. The Task 1 Planning Phase Metrics Workbook submittal shall be completed to demonstrate that the design/specifications meet the Minimum Performance Requirements described above and data collected to the level of detail needed to estimate the energy and greenhouse gas (GHG) savings benefits. Throughout the term of the contract, any deviations from the approved Minimum Performance Requirements and the implemented project shall be approved in writing by the NYSERDA Project Manager. By request, NYSERDA reserves the right to obtain and review design/specifications.
Planning Phase. Where applicable, Consultant shall work with District personnel to identify the process by which a project program or multiple project programs can be developed. The work may contain individual or multiple sites and may provide provisions for later phases of the design to be completed by separate design consultants. The work may also include budgetary planning and phasing of individual or multiple projects.

Upon request from a Local Government, the Utility shall, within three (3) days of any request, provide proposed plans for above ground facilities and below ground facilities of the Project and proposed equipment haul routes, provided such plans have been prepared for the PSCW. The Project also shall provide, upon request, any updated exhibits, after issuance in their decision of a finding of public convenience and necessity (a Certificate of Authority or “CA”) by the PSCW.
Planning Phase. Maintel will begin placing orders with its suppliers at the commencement of this phase starting with items such as circuits with longer lead times. Maintel will define the detailed technical design, including: system configuration; required functionality; and VLAN requirements. This will be done via technical workshops, from which the project team will produce the LLD defining the technical design, including test and service migration plans. This document will be agreed and signed off by the Parties prior to the implementation of the Service. The LLD will be produced by Maintel so that it can be scaled and adapted for implementation in the jurisdictions, subject to compliance with UK and US export compliance, in which the Customer operates.

Planning Phase. 7.4.1 By October 1, the evaluator will provide all Unit Members with the Major District Objectives, CORE standards documents, California Standards for the Teaching Profession (CSTP), or applicable professional standards, and notification of their current evaluation cycle. 7.4.2 On or before November 15, the Unit Member and evaluator will have a goal-setting conference to collaboratively develop Certificated Performance Goals on an annual basis. These goals are chosen from standards in the CSTP or other applicable professional standards, and reflect the requirements of Education Code Section 44662. At the discretion of the site administrator, permanent Unit Members may be placed on Cycle One in any year.
7.4.2.1 Unit Members on Cycle One or Cycle Two will develop one goal related to pupil progress.
7.4.3 The evaluator and the Unit Member will discuss Certificated Performance Goal and other pertinent details of the Unit Member's evaluation program in an attempt to reach mutual agreement. In the event no agreement can be reached, a District-level administrator who is designated by the Superintendent will mediate an agreement. The Unit Member and the evaluator shall both sign the mediated Certificated Performance Goal. The Unit Member may submit, in writing, any disagreement he/she may have with the objectives to be evaluated. This statement shall be attached to the final Certificated Performance Goals.
7.4.4 When an evaluator is in a classroom for a formal observation, the evaluator shall remain long enough to assess the instructional objective.
Planning Phase. 6.3.1.1 During the planning phase, the evaluator shall indicate the criteria for evaluation as identified in 6.2.3 and shall identify the evaluator's and the unit member's roles and responsibilities during the evaluation period. The unit member may submit in writing a statement regarding any constraints which he/she believes would hinder his/her ability to achieve the goals, objectives, standards, and responsibilities upon which the evaluation is to be based. Any known supplementary materials to be included in the instructional plan shall be identified.
Planning Phase a. On or before October 1* in the year in which a Bargaining Unit Member is to be evaluated, the District shall notify the Unit Member of the name of the evaluator.
b. All evaluatees will have met with their evaluators in the Initial Planning Conference on or before October 15th. The evaluator shall provide the evaluatee with an overall summary of the evaluation process and all evaluation instruments at the Initial Planning Conference. At that time, a calendar will be determined which may include a time line for classroom observations and establish other dates of importance. Initial Planning Conferences may be held individually or in groups.
