The Task 1 Planning Phase Metrics Workbook submittal shall be completed to demonstrate that the design/specifications meet the Minimum Performance Requirements described above and data collected to the level of detail needed to estimate the energy and greenhouse gas (GHG) savings benefits. Throughout the term of the contract, any deviations from the approved Minimum Performance Requirements and the implemented project shall be approved in writing by the NYSERDA Project Manager. By request, NYSERDA reserves the right to obtain and review design/specifications.

Planning Phase. Upon request from a Local Government, the Utility shall, within three (3) days of any request, provide proposed plans for above ground facilities and below ground facilities of the Project and proposed equipment haul routes, provided such plans have been prepared for the PSCW. The Project also shall provide, upon request, any updated exhibits, after issuance in their decision of a finding of public convenience and necessity (a Certificate of Authority or “CA”) by the PSCW.
Planning Phase. 6.4 Maintel will begin placing orders with its suppliers at the commencement of this phase starting with items such as circuits with longer lead times. Maintel will define the detailed technical design, including: system configuration; required functionality; dial plans number migration plans and VLAN requirements which will be documented in the LLD. This will be done via technical workshops. The LLD will also define, test and service migration plans. This document will be agreed and signed off by the Parties prior to the implementation of the Service. The LLD will be produced by Maintel so that it can be scaled and adapted for implementation in the jurisdictions, subject to compliance with UK and US export compliance, in which the Customer operates.
