PREMIUMS AND DIFFERENTIALS. 25.1 When an employee is assigned work in an in-charge capacity for one (1) hour or more, the Company shall pay a differential of $.75 per hour whenever an employee is specifically appointed in-charge for supervisory purposes or as a temporary replacement of a management employee. The decision to make or not make such appointment rests solely with management's discretion. 25.2 All regular scheduled hours worked between 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. shall carry a premium of $1.00 per hour. 25.3 The differentials and premiums provided for in this article shall not be included when computing overtime or premium time.

PREMIUMS AND DIFFERENTIALS. Night Premium 15.1 A premium of one dollar ($1.00) per hour shall be paid for any scheduled hour or portion thereof between 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. 15.2 An employee who has worked continuously for more than fifteen (15) hours must be relieved from duty for a six (6) hour rest period before beginning the next tour of duty, after notifying management. Under unusual circumstances, when management requires an employee to continue working into his normally scheduled tour, overtime pay will continue until relieved from duty for the minimum six (6) hour rest period.

PREMIUMS AND DIFFERENTIALS. 10.01 A weekend premium of two dollars and twenty-five cents ($2.25) shall be paid to an employee working a shift wherein the majority of hours of such shift fall during a fifty six and one half (56 ½) hour period commencing at 15:00 hours on Friday, to 23:30 hours on Sunday. Such premium pay shall not be considered as part of the employee's basic rate of pay. 10.02 A shift differential of one dollar and seventy -five ($1.75) shall be paid to an employee working a shift wherein the majority of the hours of such shift fall during the hours of 15:00 hours or the start of the evening shift if later than 15:00 hours to 23:00 hours daily. Such premium shall not be considered as part of the employee's basic rate of pay. 10.03 A shift differential of two dollars ($2.00) shall be paid to an employee working a shift wherein the majority of the hours of such shift fall during the hours of 23:00 hours to 07:30 hours daily. Such premium shall not be considered as part of the employee's basic rate of pay. 10.04 When a HCA is required to administer medications during their shift they will be paid a premium of one dollar ($1.00) for all hours worked on that shift 10.05 Differentials and premiums shall be cumulative but will not attract overtime as defined in Article 13.04.

  • Weekend Differential Employees assigned to State institutions other than Maine State Prison shall be eligible for a weekend differential of fifty cents ($.50) per hour to the base for shifts beginning between 10:00 p.m. Friday and 9:59 p.m.

  • Shift Differentials 18.1 Employees whose regularly assigned shifts commence between 1400 and 2159 hours shall receive a shift differential of seventy-five cents (75¢) per hour, and employees whose regularly assigned shifts commence between 2200 and 0559 hours shall receive a shift differential of eighty cents (80¢) per hour.   • Shift Differential A. Shift differential will be $.60 cents per hour. B. Employees eligible for shift differential are those whose work shift begins before 6:00 a.m. or ends on or after 7:00 p.m. and are scheduled by their supervisor for a total shift of at least six (6) hours in duration. This shift differential shall not apply to those employees who have requested and have been granted flexible work scheduling.

  • Costs and Disbursements (a) Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement or in the Schedules to this Agreement, a Recipient of Services shall pay to the Provider of such Services a monthly fee for the Services (or category of Services, as applicable) (each fee constituting a “Service Charge” and, collectively, “Service Charges”), which Service Charges shall be agreed to by the Parties from time to time and generally determined in a manner consistent with the methodology used by HBIO for assessing fees with respect to the HXXX Business; provided further that to the extent the Service Charge for a particular Service is accrued on an hourly basis, such Service Charge shall be paid monthly by the Recipient and include the aggregate amount of the hourly charges for the immediate preceding month. During the term of this Agreement, the amount of a Service Charge for any Services (or category of Services, as applicable) may increase to the extent of: (i) any increases mutually agreed to by the Parties, (ii) any Service Charges applicable to any Additional Services or New Services, and (iii) any increase in the rates or charges imposed by any third-party provider that is providing Services. Together with any monthly invoice for Service Charges, the Provider shall provide the Recipient with documentation to support the calculation of such Service Charges. (b) Recipient shall reimburse Provider for all reasonable out-of-pocket costs and expenses incurred by Provider or its Affiliates in connection with providing the Services to the extent that such costs and expenses are not reflected in the Service Charge for such Services; provided, however, that any such cost or expense not consistent with historical practice between the Parties and exceeding $2,500 per month, for any Service (including business travel and related expenses) shall require advance approval of the Recipient. Any authorized travel-related expenses incurred in performing the Services shall be incurred and charged to Recipient in accordance with Provider’s then applicable business travel policies. (c) The Recipient shall pay the amount of each such invoice by wire transfer (or such other method of payment as may be agreed between the Parties) to the Provider within thirty (30) days of the receipt of each such invoice, including appropriate documentation as described herein, as instructed by the Provider. In the absence of a timely notice of billing dispute in accordance with the provisions of Article IX of this Agreement, if the Recipient fails to pay such amount by the due date, the Recipient shall be obligated to pay to the Provider, in addition to the amount due, interest at an annual default interest rate of three percent (3%), or the maximum legal rate whichever is lower (the “Interest Payment”), accruing from the date the payment was due through the date of actual payment. (d) Subject to the confidentiality provisions set forth in Section 11.03, each Party shall, and shall cause their respective Affiliates to, provide, upon ten (10) days’ prior written notice from the other Party, any information within such Party’s or its Affiliates’ possession that the requesting Party reasonably requests in connection with any Services being provided to such requesting Party by an unaffiliated third-party provider, including any applicable invoices, agreements documenting the arrangements between such third-party provider and the Provider and other supporting documentation; provided, however, that each Party shall make no more than one such request during any fiscal quarter.

  • Shift Differential Pay SECTION 1: In addition to compensation provided by the wage schedule, employees working between the hours of 3:00 P.M. and 7:00 A.M. shall be paid a shift differential premium of $.45 (forty-five cents) per hour in addition to the regular pay for those hours. SECTION 2: Employees must work a minimum of 3 (three) hours in order for shift differential to apply.

  • Night Differential An employee shall be paid a night differential, bi-weekly for hours worked between midnight and 7:00 a.m. at a rate of $3.00 per hour. Night differential worked during overtime will be paid at one and one-half (1 ½) times $3.00 and on statutory holidays at two (2) times $3.00.

  • Wages and Classification Premiums Provisions under these headings shall remain unchanged and are repeated as 20.04, except to the extent that the Wage Schedule referred to in the hospital's expiring collective agreement shall be adjusted and retroactivity shall be paid in accordance with the Implementation Agreement signed.
