PROJECT COORDINATION TEAM. A. To provide for consistent and effective communication, the Non-Federal Sponsor and the Government, not later than 30 calendar days after the effective date of this Agreement, shall appoint named senior representatives to a Project Coordination Team. Thereafter, the Project Coordination Team shall meet regularly until the end of the period of design and construction. The Government’s Project Manager and a counterpart named by the Non-Federal Sponsor shall co-chair the Project Coordination Team.
B. The Government’s Project Manager and the Non-Federal Sponsor’s counterpart shall keep the Project Coordination Team informed of the progress of design and construction and of significant pending issues and actions, and shall seek the views of the Project Coordination Team on matters that the Project Coordination Team generally oversees.
C. Until the end of the period of design and construction, the Project Coordination Team shall generally oversee the Project, including matters related to: design; completion of all necessary NEPA coordination; plans and specifications; scheduling; real property and relocation requirements; real property acquisition; contract awards and modifications; contract costs; the application of and compliance with 40 U.S.C. 3141-3148 and 40 U.S.C. 3701-3708 (revising, codifying and enacting without substantive change the provisions of the Xxxxx-Xxxxx Act (formerly 40 U.S.C. 276a et seq.), the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act (formerly 40 U.S.C. 327 et seq.) and the Xxxxxxxx Anti-Kickback Act (formerly 40 U.S.C. 276c)) for relocations and the construction portion of the Project; the investigations to identify the existence and extent of hazardous substances in accordance with Article XIV.A. of this Agreement; historic preservation activities in accordance with Article XVII of this Agreement; the Government’s cost projections; final inspection of the entire Project or completed portions thereof as the case may be; preparation of the proposed OMRR&R Manual; anticipated requirements and needed capabilities for performance of operation, maintenance, repair, rehabilitation, and replacement of the Project including issuance of permits; and other matters related to the Project. This oversight of the Project shall be consistent with a project management plan developed by the Government and the Non-Federal Sponsor.

PROJECT COORDINATION TEAM. The Parties shall first work to resolve any problems at the Project Coordination Team meetings. Landlord and Tenant agree to notify the members of the Project Coordination Team promptly in writing in the event that either becomes aware of any unreasonable interference with the complaining party’s work or operations where the offending party has been informed of the problem but has not sufficiently addressed it. Such written notification shall recite the foregoing facts with specificity and shall be a condition precedent to the making of any claim for damages in any Arbitration or litigation proceeding hereunder.
PROJECT COORDINATION TEAM. The Project Coordination Team shall be the intermediary between the Parties and the European Commission. The Project Coordination Team shall not be entitled to act or to make legally binding declarations on behalf of any other Party and cannot enlarge its role beyond the tasks specified in this Consortium Agreement and in the Grant Agreement. The Project Coordination Team shall perform all tasks assigned to it as described in the ICT PSP Grant Agreement N°250500 and in this Co nsortium Agreement. In particular, the Network Coordinator shall be responsible for the management of all Work packages and the respective task leaders, in particular with regard to:

PROJECT COORDINATION TEAM. (a) The Recipient: shall establish and thereafter maintain a Project coordination team (the “Project Coordination Team”) within the Community Development Department of the Recipient’s Ministry responsible for social affairs, to be headed by a Project coordinator, and consisting of a procurement specialist, a local development specialist and a financial management specialist, each selected in accordance with Section III of this Schedule, and other suitably qualified and experienced staff in adequate numbers, as needed.
(i) Without limitation to the provisions of paragraph (a) above, the Project Coordination Team shall provide overall management and technical supervision of the Project (including monitoring and evaluation, compliance with fiduciary, social and environmental safeguards, implementation of Sub-projects, adherence to technical standards) and ensure coordination with key central and local stakeholders.
(ii) In addition, the Project Coordination Team shall be responsible for the day-to-day implementation of Parts 1 and 4 of the Project.
(iii) Pending the recruitment of the Project Coordination Team, the Community Development Department (Direction du Développement Communautaire) within the Recipient’s Ministry responsible for social affairs shall exercise the responsibilities of the Project Coordination Team described in Section I.A.3(b)(i).
(c) The Recipient shall prepare, or cause to be prepared, an initial annual work program and budget, in form and substance satisfactory to the Association, for the implementation of the Project during the first year; and no later than December 31 and June 30 each year thereafter, the Recipient shall prepare, or cause to be prepared, a work program and budget for the next semester, in form and substance satisfactory to the Association, for the implementation of the Project.
PROJECT COORDINATION TEAM. (a) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph A.1 of this Section, the Recipient shall maintain, at all times until the completion of the Project, the Project Coordination Team (PCT) formed by the Director of Secondary Education, MoEVT and the Director of Education, PMO- RALG, with a composition, mandate and resources satisfactory to the Association.
(b) Without limitation to sub-paragraph (a) of this paragraph, the PCT shall have the overall responsibility for, inter alia: consolidating the Annual Work Plans and Budgets and submitting them to the ESDC; monitoring the implementation of the resources allocated under Part C of the Project; ensuring compliance with the measures set forth in the ESMF, and in the Operational Manual; and undertaking day-to-day management and administration of the Project.

Until the end of the period of construction, the Project Coordination Team shall generally oversee the Project, including issues related to design; plans and specifications; scheduling; real property and relocation requirements; real property acquisition; contract awards and modifications; contract costs; the application of and compliance with the Xxxxx-Xxxxx Act, Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act and the Xxxxxxxx Anti-Kickback Act for relocations and non-Federal work-in-kind; the Government's cost projections; final inspection of the entire Project or functional portions of the Project; preparation of the proposed OMRR&R Manual; anticipated requirements and needed capabilities for performance of operation, maintenance, repair, replacement, and rehabilitation of the Project; and other related matters. This oversight shall be consistent with a project management plan developed by the Government after consultation with the Non-Federal Sponsor.
D. The Project Coordination Team may make recommendations that it deems warranted to the District Engineer on matters that the Project Coordination Team generally oversees, including suggestions to avoid potential sources of dispute. The Government in good faith shall consider the recommendations of the Project Coordination Team. The Government, having the legal authority and responsibility for construction of the Project, has the discretion to accept, reject, or modify the Project Coordination Team's recommendations.
E. The costs of participation in the Project Coordination Team shall be included in total project costs and cost shared in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
PROJECT COORDINATION TEAM. To provide consistent and effective communication, the City and the Authority, not later than thirty (30) days after the effective date of this Agreement, shall each appoint named senior representatives to a Project Coordination Team. Thereafter, the Project Coordination Team shall meet regularly until the completion of all Project demolition work. The Executive Director of the Authority and a City employee designated by the City Manager shall co-chair the Project Coordination Team.
PROJECT COORDINATION TEAM. To provide for consistent and effective communication, the Non-Federal Sponsors and GLNPO, not later than 30 business days after the effective date of this Agreement, shall appoint named senior representatives to a Project Coordination Team. The Project Coordination Team shall meet or talk regularly until the end of the Project period. XXXXX's Project Manager and a counterpart named by the Non-Federal Sponsors shall co-chair the Project Coordination Team.

This oversight of the Project shall be consistent with a project management plan developed by the Government after consultation with the Non Federal Sponsors.”
