Promotion and Education. 8.1. Product Care shall be responsible for promotion and education activities for the Lighting Program at its sole discretion and at its own expense.
8.2. Product Care shall not make use of its association with the Municipality or use the Municipality's name, including the use of the Municipality's logo or other identifiable insignia, for advertising, promotional, or technical purposes or otherwise except with the prior written consent of the Municipality or as provided in this Agreement.
8.3. Product Care may post Collection Services information and a link to the Municipality’s website on the Product Care’s website.
8.4. The Municipality may post the Collection Services, the Product Care Recycling logo and a link to xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/ and other necessary information on i t s waste management/ recycling webpage at no cost to Product Care.
8.5. The Municipality will not charge Product Care for any promotion or education activities unless Product Care has agreed to such charges in advance in writing.
8.6. The Municipality or its Service Providers must submit to Product Care draft copies of all publications using Product Care’s name, trademarks and logos for advance approval in writing, which Product Care may withhold for any reason.
8.7. The Municipality, its employees and Service Providers will not engage in any activity that may cause or perceive to cause harm to Product Care or any brand owned by Product Care, such as Product Care Recycling.
Promotion and Education. The Contractor shall have primary responsibility for providing service- oriented information and outreach to Customers and implementing on- going recycling promotion, at the direction of the City. The Contractor shall also incorporate general waste reduction, minimization and reuse elements in to its promotion and education program. The Contractor shall maintain a complete list of all Multi-Family Complex sites within the City Service Area, and the status of each site’s participation in Contractor-provided services. The Contractor shall annually contact, by telephone or site visit, the manager or owner of each site to encourage participation and inform the manager or owner of all available services and ways to decrease Garbage generation. Printed informational materials discussing waste prevention and recycling service options shall be prepared and distributed to support contact with Multi-Family Complex and Commercial Customer sites. This contact shall be coordinated with City and King County promotional efforts. The Contractor shall include with its annual report the list of Multi-Family Complex and Commercial Customer sites; Garbage, recycling and Compostables status; Container sizes, service frequency, and types; Customer contact dates and outcome of such contacts; and suggestions for increasing participation or other program improvements. The Contractor shall keep the public informed of programs and encourage participation through an annual service update. Each fall, the Contractor shall provide an annual service update for each service sector, the format, content and timeframe of which shall be subject to prior review and approval by the City. The annual service update shall be mailed to all Customers and, at a minimum, shall include an informational brochure indicating rates, all services available, preparation and other service requirements, contact information, inclement weather and other policies, a collection schedule calendar applicable to each recipient’s routes and other useful Customer information. The Contractor shall develop, print, periodically update and maintain sufficient quantities of new Customer information materials, the format and content of which shall be subject to prior review and approval by the City. Upon approval, materials shall be mailed to every new Customer prior to the Customer’s first billing and shall, at a minimum, include a statement of applicable rules and service policies, rates, services and preparation requireme...
Promotion and Education. The Contractor, at its own cost and at the direction of the City, shall have primary responsibility for developing, designing, executing, and distributing public promotion, education, and outreach programs. The Contractor shall also have primary responsibility for Customer recruitment, providing annual service-oriented information and outreach to Customers including providing on-site Commercial Recycling and Compostables technical assistance, distributing City-developed promotional and educational pieces at the City’s direction, and implementing on-going recycling promotions, education, and outreach programs at the direction of the City. All written materials, Customer surveys and other general communications provided to Customers by the Contractor shall be approved in advance by the City. Each September, the City and Contractor shall jointly plan the Contractor’s specific promotion and education program for the following year, including adjustments in materials and/or targeted audiences. The City may elect to assist the Contractor with development of promotional material layout and text, as staff time allows, otherwise the Contractor shall be responsible for all design and development work, subject to City approval. Each year, the Contractor shall print and deliver and annual comprehensive service guide to each Single-Family Residential and Multifamily Complex customer which shall include, at a minimum, information on the proper disposal of Garbage, Recyclables, and Compostables; disposal options for difficult-to-recycle items and hazardous wastes; collection guidelines; contact information; and any other pertinent information. The Contractor shall contact, at the City’s request, the manager or owner of Multifamily Complex sites to encourage recycling participation; address concerns, space or contamination problems; provide outreach to residents; and inform the manager or owner of all available services and ways to decrease Garbage generation. The Contractor shall coordinate and work cooperatively with City staff and/or consultants hired to conduct outreach and education, and provide technical assistance. The Contractor shall, at the City’s request, address concerns, space or contamination problems, and offer additional education or training to tenant businesses. Promotion and Education. 10.1. Promotion and education of the proper end of life management of Automotive HSP is essential. The Collector will work cooperatively with AMS in undertaking such promotion and education activities with respect to Automotive HSP and collection of the Automotive HSP by the Collector as may be reasonably requested by AMS from time to time.
10.2. If a Collector provides Material Management Services for an Event or an Event (and transportation to Depot), the Collector will promote each Event in the local municipality, territorial district or First Nations community where it will be held for at least one week prior to the date of the Event using a combination of two or more forms of media, including but not limited to: • local print publications • local print media • local radio • local signage, or • social media. Collector will submit a report to AMS in a form and format specified by AMS that indicates how the Collector promoted each Event.
10.3. The Collector must submit to AMS draft copies of all publications that make use of AMS trademarks and logos for approval, which AMS may withhold for any reason.
10.4. The Collector, its employees and Service Providers will not engage in any activity that may cause or perceive to cause harm to Automotive Materials Stewardship or any brand owned or used under license by AMS.

2.3.2 Contractor will have primary responsibility for providing Customers service-oriented information such as dates and times of Multi-Family Building Collection.

Where Contractor is a local government, Contractor will have primary responsibility for executing public promotion, education, and outreach programs, incorporating MMSM-developed communications messages and images in Contractor public promotion, education, and outreach programs.
2.3.2 MMSM reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to require Contractor to seek advance approval of any or all public promotion, education and outreach materials associated with the collection of Mandatory Materials PPP, including but not limited to recycling guides, website content and Depot signage.
2.3.3 If Contractor receives Resident Education Top Up payments in accordance with Attachment 5, Contractor must spend the total amount of the Resident Education Top Up payments paid to Contractor on promotion, education and outreach programs on an annual basis.
2.3.4 Contractor will have primary responsibility for providing Customers service-oriented information such as hours of operation of the Depots.
Promotion and Education. 6.1 The Parties represent that Schedule E sets forth the roles and responsibilities of each with respect to promotion and education for MHSW Services.
Promotion and Education. 7.1 Proper education and promotion of the Program is essential to its success. Municipality will work cooperatively with PCA in undertaking such promotion and education activities with respect to the Program and collection of the Lamps.

The Licensee shall have the right at any time to authorise the televising or sound broadcasting of excerpts from the Recording by any and all audio and/or audio visual media for the sole purposes of publicity, promotion and or education (“Excerpts”) provided that such Excerpts shall not exceed ten minutes’ duration in aggregate. The Licensee hereby agrees that if the Writer or the Agent licenses film and television rights in the Play after the Screening Period then any future use of the Excerpts following the completion of such film/television licence agreement will be subject to the consent of the Writer provided the Writer has notified the Licensee in writing of any such film and television rights. Any Excerpts already being used for publicity, promotion or education before the date of the Writer’s notification shall not be affected.
