RATES OF PAY AND JOB CLASSIFICATIONS a) Special rates of pay for any new operations, areas, or job classification shall be subject to negotiation, provided that the Company shall pay the area rate until the new rate classification is agreed upon. Full time employees will be paid the weekly rate. Part time employees will be paid the weekly rate on a pro rata basis. The 171/2 % leave loading is included as part of the weekly wage fr permanent employees.
