RATES OF PAY AND JOB CLASSIFICATIONS. Classifications for employees are as per the Tasmanian Retail Trades Award, Clause 7. Full time employees will be paid the weekly rate. Part time employees will be paid the weekly rate on a pro rata basis. The 171/2 % leave loading is included as part of the weekly wage fr permanent employees.
