Recording of working hours. The provisions for waiving recording working time pursuant to Article 73a and for simplified working time recording pursuant to Article 73b of Ordi- xxxxx 1 to the Employment Act (ArGV 1) are set out in Appendix 1 to this Agreement.
Recording of working hours. Working time of drivers is counted from the time he arrives at work after being called in by the xxxxxxx or employer, until he stops work, with the deduction of a meal break during the period 12:00-14:00. Drivers shall themselves record their working time, if this is requested, and in the manner the xxxxxxx decides. 2.5.2 The decision on the location where employees are collected for transport to the place of work, and the location where they are dropped off at the end of the work day shall be made, in each instance, in consultation with the employees in question. If employees cannot leave the workplace when the work is finished because of a lack of transport or for other reasons which are not the fault of the employees, they shall remain on full pay during the waiting time and until they have been moved to their destination.
2.5.3 It is not authorised to clock people out of work at coffee or meal breaks in overtime (with the exception of evening meal break); these coffee and meal breaks shall be paid in addition to the worked hours.
2.5.4 Employees shall be registered as being in working hours and they shall receive pay for the quarter of an hour during which they are clocked out.
2.5.5 If an employee turns up late for work, then he has no claim to that quarter of an hour in which he arrives, nor for the time that has passed.
Recording of working hours. If the bank does not establish any rules for time recording, the employees are entitled to record the hours and maintain a time compensation account. The bank will provide suitable instruments for this purpose.
Recording of working hours. The bank shall keep the necessary records in order to be able to calculate the overtime or additional hours worked. Employees and the local or central organisation of Finansförbundet are entitled to have access to these records.

An employee's working hours are counted from the time the employee arrives at work as directed by the supervisor or employer until the employee leaves work, excluding lunch hours from 12:00 PM to 01:00 PM. 2 This applies if work is carried out within a transit line that is demarcated by the Reykjavík Municipal Bus Service route network with the exception of Kjalarnes, and by the bus route network through Kópavogur in the area of the Efling labour union, and employees must report to work on their own time and independently within the above limits. It is assumed that bus journeys are such that the distance from the closest stop to the workplace is not longer than is considered normal in the general bus network. (However, see the protocol on changes to transit lines on page 160.) 3 If employees are posted from a place of employment/workplace within the above limits to work outside said limits, the employer shall arrange transport, assuming that journeys outside the transit line are during working hours. This applies if the employee works in the union area.
2.5.2. The decision regarding the meeting place for the transportation of employees to the workplace and place to which employees are to be returned after work shall be taken on a case-by-case basis in consultation with the employees concerned. If, owing to the lack of means of transport or for other reasons beyond the fault of the employees, employees are unable to leave their workplace, they shall be entitled to full pay during the waiting period and until they are transported to their destination within the transit line.
2.5.3. Signing employees out of work during coffee or meal breaks on overtime is not authorised, with the exception of evening meal breaks. In such instances, these coffee and meal breaks shall be paid in addition to other hours worked.
2.5.4. Employees must be signed in during working hours and will receive wages for the quarter-hour during which they are clocked out.
2.5.5. If an employee arrives to work late, he/she cannot claim wages for the quarter-hour during which he/she arrives nor for the time elapsed prior to arrival.

This is on the assumption that the bus routes are organised in such a manner that the distance from the nearest bus stop to the workplace is not greater, than is considered normal in the public bus network. (See however protocol on travel route on page 157.) E fling special provisions: 2If employees are sent from the place of employment/work location within the above specified limits, to work outside them, the employer shall organise transport and it shall be deemed that these journeys are made in working hours. This applies if working in the union jurisdiction.
