Repayment of Monies. Following the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture as described in Section 6.1, all investments and monies then held by the Trustee or any Paying Agent under this Indenture shall, upon written demand of the Issuer, be repaid or, as the case may be, released, assigned or transferred to the Issuer, and thereupon the Trustee shall be released from all further liability with respect to such investments and monies.
Repayment of Monies. 62.1 Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement, the University may recover from an employee during the course of their employment or at the date of termination of employment, any outstanding debts, overpayments of salary or allowances or the monetary value of items of equipment issued and not returned by the employee.
62.2 Prior to instigating the recovery of any monies the employee shall be provided with written notice of the:
(i) reason for the alleged overpayment;
(ii) amount to be recovered;
(iii) the prospective pay date for any deduction; and
(iv) a verified calculation outlining the components of the outstanding debt.
Repayment of Monies. You acknowledge that, both during your employment and after your employment ends, you have an obligation to repay any employment related amounts you owe to ANZ. You agree that for all employment related amounts: upon request, you will repay any monies mistakenly paid to you by ANZ; upon request, you will repay all amounts you owe to ANZ (for example, personal expenses incurred on an ANZ provided credit card or mobile telephone, or amounts owing for ANZ funded study assistance); and subject to law, ANZ is authorised to withhold unpaid amounts from monies otherwise owed to you upon termination of employment.
Repayment of Monies. 50.1 Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement, CSCS may recover from an employee during the course of their employment or at the date of termination of employment, any outstanding debts, overpayments of salary or allowances or the current market value of items of equipment issued and not returned by the employee.

63.2 Prior to instigating the recovery of any monies the employee shall be provided with written notice of the:
(i) reason for the alleged overpayment;
(ii) amount to be recovered;
(iii) the prospective pay date for any deduction; and
(iv) a verified calculation outlining the components of the outstanding debt.
63.3 The employee shall have the right to review, comment or reply to the written notice.

1. The salary rates, for casual employees referred to in this Schedule are calculated by dividing the appropriate full-time salary rate from Schedule I - Part A by 52.178571 divided by thirty-seven and a half (37.5) hours per week and multiplying the result by the casual loading in sub-clause 21.14 of this Agreement. This calculation determines the base rate by which other rates are determined, depending on the nature of activity undertaken and the preparation time involved.
2. The base rate applicable to lecturing or for purposes of the higher marking rate (requiring independent evaluation) shall be determined by reference to the Second step of the full-time Level B scale.
3. The base rate applicable to all other duties including tutoring rates not covered by paragraph 4 below shall be determined by reference to the Second step of the full-time Level A scale.
4. The base rate applicable where an employee possesses a relevant doctoral qualification shall be determined by reference to the Sixth step of the full-time Level A scale.
5. The base rate is multiplied by the amount of preparation and associated working time for the particular academic activity, to determine the actual pay rates in this Schedule. In this regard, the following conditions apply: Clinical Education (little preparation required) - one (1) hour of delivery and thirty (30) minutes associated working time; Clinical Education (normal preparation required) - one (1) hour of delivery and one (1)...

Repayment of Monies. A surplus employee who accepts pay in lieu of notice and is re-employed by the OPS prior to the originally projected lay-off date will repay to the ministry a sum of money equal to the amount paid for the period between the date of re-employment and the original projected lay-off date. Additionally, the employee will repay to the ministry all monies received under paragraph 4 of Appendix 9. A surplus employee who accepts pay in lieu of notice and is re-employed by the OPS after the originally projected layoff date, and prior to the expiration of a further twenty- four (24) months, will repay to the ministry all monies received under paragraph 4 of Appendix 9.
Repayment of Monies. As an independent contractor for Stericycle, you may be given an advance payment for the purpose of purchasing certain products as part of a Stericycle project. You agree to the following terms and conditions in accepting an advance payment from Stericycle. • The advance payment is to be used to purchase product as specified in the project instructions. • You agree to promptly submit, per the Stericycle Field Rep Manual, all eligible expenses related to any advance payment you have received from Stericycle. • You agree to promptly return any unused advance payments to Stericycle either upon request from Stericycle or upon completion of the project associated with the advanced payment. • You agree that Stericycle, may, at its sole discretion, offset any unreturned advance payments against payments due to you for work you have previously completed. • You acknowledge that in the event you neither submit valid expenses and/or return unused advance funds related to these expenses in a timely manner, that Stericycle will have the ability to pursue all legal means of collection at their disposal. These may include, but are not limited to, the use of an outside collection agency, wage garnishments and civil litigation. • You agree that any costs incurred by Stericycle to collect funds due us, by you, will be your responsibility. As such you agree to reimburse Stericycle for any reasonable expenses associated with these collection activities.
Repayment of Monies. Upon completion of all work, the Borough shall bill the Association. The Association shall reimburse the Borough 5% of the amount due as reflected on the invoice within thirty (30) days of receipt of the invoice. The remainder shall be paid over a period of ten (10) years in evenly divided installments on a semi-annual basis by the 1st of January and July each year.

41.2 Prior to instigating the recovery of any monies, the Employer shall provide the Employee with written notice of the:
(a) reason for the alleged overpayment;
(b) amount to be recovered;
(c) the prospective date for any deduction; and
(d) a calculation outlining the components of the outstanding debt.
41.3 The Employee shall have the right to review, comment or reply to the written notice.
41.4 Where the outstanding debt is significant, it should be repaid over a mutually agreeable timeframe, and as far as is practicable, within the period of the income tax year. Part 7 – Allowances and Expenses
