Requirements of Use. 1. The Certification Marks shall only be applied to agricultural products grown or produced from items grown in the City of Brentwood Planning Area, as that term is defined in the 2001 General Plan, as it has been or may be amended.
2. Use of the Certification Marks shall be limited to food, raw and processed agricultural products, and wines. For purposes of this Agreement, agricultural products shall include commodities generally regarded and regulated as agricultural products including, but not limited to, fruits, nuts, vegetables, eggs, meat, fowl and dairy products.
3. The Licensee's agricultural products that are labeled with the Certification Marks or advertised thereunder shall be wholesome and legal and meet all standards of sanitation, safety and quality required by local, state and federal laws.
4. The Licensee's advertising, promotional and merchandising materials that employ the Certification Marks shall not be, or make any claims that are, false, misleading, or deceptive, including, but not limited to, claims that discredit, disparage, or otherwise unfairly attack the quality, value, sale, or use of any competing product. The City shall retain sole discretion to make determinations under this provision. The Licensee shall at all times comply with advertising standards set by local, state and federal laws.
5. Licensee shall provide reasonable assurances that it has a system in place to meet these requirements of use. Licensee shall maintain records sufficient to audit this system for the life of this Agreement and shall make those records available to the City upon request.
Requirements of Use. 2.1. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use our Services; and by doing so you warrant and represent to us that you are at least eighteen (18) years old.
2.2. To access our services, you must open an account with us. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account, username and password information. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, ShipSavvy is not responsible for any unauthorised transactions made through your account.
Requirements of Use. 5.1 The Services are available for vehicles that are manufactured by Mercedes-Benz or other manufacturer designated by Mercedes-Benz, imported by MBJ, and distributed by MBJ or authorized dealers of Mercedes-Benz under the umbrella brand name of “Mercedes-Benz” (“Mercedes- Benz Vehicle”), and are fitted with Communication Modules. Some Services require additional optional equipment in the Vehicle in order to be used. The Customer may obtain information about the models, for which the Services are available, in the Overview of Services and from authorized dealers of Mercedes-Benz. For the use of certain Services or functions of Services, a mobile data connection between the Vehicle and the Backend as well as the compatible end device of the Customer, and an infotainment system in the Vehicle are required. Further, certain Services are also available through the Adapter for Mercedes-Benz Vehicles not fitted with a Communication Module. The use of the Services via the Adapter additionally requires an active Bluetooth connection between the Adapter and the compatible end device. To use the navigation options of certain Adapter Services and for the data transmission to the Mercedes Call (as defined in Section 7.3), the global navigation satellite system geolocation services is required to be activated on the compatible end-device of the Customer. Details and any other requirements of use regarding each of the Services are set forth in the Special Part of the Terms of Use and the Overview of Services.
5.2 In order to use the Services with regard to a Vehicle, the Customer must have the Vehicle connected to the Services in accordance with this Section 5.2. Vehicles can be connected by authorized dealers of Mercedes-Benz. Please contact authorized dealers of Mercedes-Benz for details on connecting the Vehicles. If the connection is established by an authorized dealer of Mercedes-Benz, the Customer must submit his/her driver’s license or other identification documents that MBJ deems appropriate, and the Automobile Inspection Certificate. Based on these documentations, the authorized dealer of Mercedes-Benz confirms the Customer data (name, address, date of birth) and that the Customer, as Vehicle Owner, is entitled to use his/her Vehicle. In the case where the Customer is an Other Eligible User, the Customer is required to submit documentation in a form designated by MBJ where the relevant Vehicle Owner grants a right to use the Vehicle to the Customer in addition ...
Requirements of Use. Allocated equipment is accessible for use during the term within designated office hours, with exceptions granted by prior approval from the Sailing Academy.

a) The trademarks may only be used on written and electronic promotional materials for the Challenge. Please adhere to the formatting instructions contained in the CFA Institute Brand Identity Standards & Guidelines.
b) Approved Host should also identify itself in the promotional materials for local level, either in text or by using the Society’s logo.
c) Approved Hosts that wish to use the trademark(s) on any merchandise (apparel, souvenirs, etc.) must use templates provided by CFA Institute. Merchandise may be distributed to actual or potential Challenge participants, but must not be sold or distributed to the general public.

Requirements of Use. The Facilitator or person in charge of the kitchen will be required to attend a short orientation session with the Facility Coordinator. User will be shown the operations of the kitchen equipment as well as the location and use of all safety equipment including the fire extinguisher and first aid kit. The Facility Coordinator will go over a Check in-Check out list that will be completed before and after use of the kitchen. The facilitator or renter shall be responsible for appointing a “kitchen boss” to oversee activities in the kitchen.
Requirements of Use. The Licensee must:
(a) Laws: comply with all Laws relating to the Licensed Area, the Licensee's use of the Licensed Area, and this Licence. For the avoidance of doubt, the Licensee (whether a joint venture or not) must comply with the Commerce Act 1986.
(b) Pre-register Prior to Entry: ensure all employees and agents of the Licensee are pre-registered with the Licensor prior to entering the Licensed Area. The Licensor will advise the Licensee of information required for pre- registration of employees and agents from time to time.

The renter will be held financially responsible for all damages arising from the misuse of property. • A cleaning fee will be charged if the room is not left in the same condition in which it is found. Any damage to furnishings, equipment and/or room will be billed to the renter. The use of tape, glitter, tacks or nails are not permitted. • The Library will not be held responsible for personal injury or damage, nor for the theft or loss of personal belongings or equipment of the renter or anyone attending on the invitation of the renter. Proof of insurance may be required at the discretion of the Library. • All renters must comply with fire, health and safety regulations. All exits must be kept free of obstruction. Candles and other open flames are not permitted. Smudging ceremonies will activate Library fire alarm systems. • A Special Events Permit issued from the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and proof of SmartServe designated servers in attendance at the event must be submitted to the Library 14 days prior to the room booking date. The Library will review the permit, and if approval is granted, provide written permission for alcoholic beverages to be consumed on library property. Renters may be required to pay for additional security at their event. • Booking, pick-up and storage of all non-library equipment used within Library meeting rooms is the sole responsibility of the renter and is subject to prior approval of the Library. The Library will not store equipment or supplies. • In-room projectors are not available for use by renters. Renters must make alternate arrangements if presentation equipment is required. • The Library does not prepare advertising for renters, in any form.
