Resume Database. If YOUR Free Trial or Subscription Plan includes access to the Resume Database, then (subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement) Cruitbay hereby grants YOU a limited, revocable, non- transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive right to access the Resume Database for the limited purpose of (1) searching the Resume Database; and/or (2) viewing and/or downloading the number of resumes/CVs permissible under YOUR Subscription Plan, each for the sole purpose of seeking potential employment candidates for legitimate employment opportunities. YOU shall not use or access the Resume Database for any other purpose. YOU shall not use any automated computer programs or software to download resumes/CV or to extract Data (defined below), and shall not resell or sub-license access to the Resume Database (or any portion thereof) or any resume (including Data contained therein). YOU further agree that YOU shall not use the Resume Database or its contents to market or sell products or services to the data subjects whose resumes comprise the Resume Database. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Cruitbay reserves the right to limit the amount of information (including resume views and downloads), that may be accessed in any time period to mitigate any overload to the Services or in response to any abuse of the Services. The Resume Database shall not be used in any manner that adversely affects Cruitbay business, imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on Cruitbay infrastructure, or interferes with the ability of others to access the Resume Database. Cruitbay reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Resume Database or terminate this Agreement in the event of any non- compliance with this Agreement or any other agreement YOU have with Cruitbay. YOU shall remain primarily responsible for ensuring that Authorized USERs comply with the terms of this Agreement. If a Job Seeker opts out of the Resume Database at any time, Xxxxxxxx reserves the right to block access to, and/or remove, the Job Seeker’s resume/CV from the Resume Database. YOU accept that Xxxxxxxx does not verify whether any telephone number contained within a resume/CV is a landline or a cell phone number is accurate or up to date, and it is YOUR responsibility to ensure that any communication with the data subject of the resume/CV is in compliance with applicable laws related to telephone calls, automated dialing, SMS, spam, fax, and unsolicited com...

Resume Database. Client shall be U.S. operated and access to TC’s Resume Database will only be by U.S. citizens. Resumes will not be released or made available to any staff member or customer that is a non-U.S. Citizen. Resumes will not be released to any member of the media (news organizations, radio, TV, print, web, research organizations) or to any administrative or technical staff member of a media organization, regardless of citizenship. Resumes will not be added to any database that provides searchable access to third parties, i.e., a job board. Staffing Agencies, Retained Recruiters and Executive Search agencies may provide resumes to third parties. TC makes no guarantees as to the accuracy or truthfulness of any data posted on the resumes. Any damage Client incurs by their reliance upon this information is not the responsibility of TC or its affiliates or partners. By using the resume database, Client assumes all responsibility for and risk arising from Client’s use of and reliance upon the contents of the resume database. Client assumes all liabilities and risks associated with their interaction with individuals Client comes into contact with through the usage of the resume database. TC does not have the means to ensure that everyone is who they claim to be. We make no guarantees as to the legitimacy or accuracy of any resumes. Therefore, Client agrees to release TC and their respective affiliates and partners from any damages or liability arising out of Client’s usage of the resumes. The resumes and its contents are provided "as is." TC disclaims all warranties, express and implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and of fitness for a particular purpose with respect to any information contained on, accessible through or derived by Client from the resumes. TC neither warrants nor represents that the services or information available through the resumes will enable Client to achieve any particular result or outcome, legal, economic, educational, or otherwise. TC will not be liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind, including lost revenues, lost profits, or loss of data arising out of Client’s use of the resumes.
Resume Database. In addition to submitting Job Applications through the Service, you will have the opportunity to, but will not be required to elect to include your resume as part of the Service’s resume database (the “Resume Database”) at the time you register to use the Service. If you do not elect to include your resume in the Resume Database at the time you register to use the Service, as a registered Job Seeker you may subsequently elect to include your resume in the Resume Database by adjusting the settings in your Job Seeker account. We will not include your resume in the Resume Database unless you affirmatively elect to include your resume in the Resume Database. If you elect to include your resume in the Resume Database, Members who have registered to access the Resume Database will be able to access and view your resume and the contact information you provide on your resume, including your name, email address, mailing address and phone number, as applicable. Members will be able to contact you directly using the information on your resume. Please provide minimal personally identifiable information about yourself. You can opt-out of including your resume in the Resume Database at any time by adjusting the settings in your Job Seeker account and we will remove your resume from the Resume Database as soon as reasonably practicable. However, if a Member has accessed your resume through the Resume Database and copied or saved your resume prior to the date we receive your opt-out request, following the time we receive your opt-out request that Member will continue to have access to your resume and all information you included in your resume as it was included in the Resume Database.

Resume Database. A. Use of the RCI Resume Database by Employers: You can use the RCI Resume Database as provided in these Terms and in any contract You have with RCI. You should use the RCI Resume Database in accordance with all applicable privacy and data protection laws, and You agree You shall not further disclose any of the data from RCI Resume Database to any third party, unless You are an authorized recruitment agency, staffing agency, advertising or other agency or using the resume explicitly for employment purposes only. You should take appropriate physical, technical, and administrative measures to protect the data You have obtained from RCI Resume Database from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. You are not supposed to share Resume Database seat-based license login credentials with any other party, nor the Resume Database pay-per-view license login credentials with any other party. B. The RCI Resume Database not to be used: (i) for any purpose other than as an employer seeking employees, including but not limited to advertising, promotions, products, or services to any resume holders; (ii) to make unsolicited phone calls or faxes or send unsolicited mail, email, or newsletters to resume holders or to contact any individual unless they have agreed to be contacted (where consent is required or, if express consent is not required, who has not informed You that they do not want to be contacted); (iii) to source candidates or to contact job seekers or resume holders in regards to career fairs and business opportunities prohibited by Section 3.
Resume Database. Tourismo Jobs has a feature which permits job seekers to include their resume/CV and other profile information in a resume database (the, "Resume Database") to be stored on the Service. that have access rights to the Resume Database, (iii) your resume/CV will be visible in whole or in part via search results within the Resume Database, and (iv) your resume/CV and profile information will be visible in part to Clients with active Job Ads to invite or rate candidates to apply. If you add your resume/CV to the Resume Database, then you are: ● Consenting to Tourismo Jobs matching words, skills, or certifications that are present or implied in your resume or other application materials to words, skills, or certifications present or implied in a Job Advertisement or an employer’s or recruiter’s search of terms, and if there are any matches, to present matching resumes/CVs to the applicable employer or recruiter and to send information to you about Job Advertisements that may be of interest to you. ● Acknowledging that we may 'parse' the resume and other applicable information into another format to create a profile view and/or enable searchable text for a Company; the Company will also be able to see your resume in the form in which you originally submitted it to Tourismo Jobs. public, and wish to opt-out, you may do so at any time by adjusting the settings in the “About Me” page of your account. If you opt-out, we will remove your resume/CV from the Resume Database and disable visibility to search results as soon as reasonably practicable. However, if an entity has already accessed your resume/CV through the Resume Database or search results and copied or saved your resume, that entity will continue to have access to your resume/CV and all information you included in your resume/CV.

  • Data Encryption Contractor must encrypt all State data at rest and in transit, in compliance with FIPS Publication 140-2 or applicable law, regulation or rule, whichever is a higher standard. All encryption keys must be unique to State data. Contractor will secure and protect all encryption keys to State data. Encryption keys to State data will only be accessed by Contractor as necessary for performance of this Contract.

  • Database File The Servicer will provide the Successor Servicer with a magnetic tape (in a format reasonably acceptable to the Indenture Trustee and the Servicer) containing the database file for each Contract (i) as of the Initial Cutoff Date, (ii) the Subsequent Cutoff Date, (iii) thereafter, as of the last day of the preceding Due Period on each Determination Date prior to a Service Transfer and (iv) on and as of the Business Day before the actual commencement of servicing functions by the Successor Servicer following the occurrence of a Service Transfer.

  • Evaluation Software If the Software is an evaluation version or is provided to You for evaluation purposes, then, unless otherwise approved in writing by an authorized representative of Licensor, Your license to use the Software is limited solely for internal evaluation purposes in non-production use and in accordance with the terms of the evaluation offering under which You received the Software, and expires 90 days from installation (or such other period as may be indicated within the Software). Upon expiration of the evaluation period, You must discontinue use of the Software, return to an original state any actions performed by the Software, and delete the Software entirely from Your system and You may not download the Software again unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of Licensor. The Software may contain an automatic disabling mechanism that prevents its use after a certain period of time. RESTRICTIONS

  • User Data We will maintain certain data that you transmit to the Services for the purpose of managing the performance of the Services, as well as data relating to your use of the Services. Although we perform regular routine backups of data, you are solely responsible for all data that you transmit or that relates to any activity you have undertaken using the Services. You agree that we shall have no liability to you for any loss or corruption of any such data, and you hereby waive any right of action against us arising from any such loss or corruption of such data.

  • Line Information Database LIDB is a transaction-oriented database accessible through Common Channel Signaling (CCS) networks. For access to LIDB, ONS must purchase appropriate signaling links pursuant to Section 10 of this Attachment. LIDB contains records associated with End User Line Numbers and Special Billing Numbers. LIDB accepts queries from other Network Elements and provides appropriate responses. The query originator need not be the owner of LIDB data. LIDB queries include functions such as screening billed numbers that provides the ability to accept Collect or Third Number Billing calls and validation of Telephone Line Number based non-proprietary calling cards. The interface for the LIDB functionality is the interface between BellSouth’s CCS network and other CCS networks. LIDB also interfaces to administrative systems.
