Scheduling Coordination. Except as otherwise provided by x separate agreement, NCPA shall provide Scheduling Coordination Services and shall monitor, schedule, settle and dispatch capacity, energy and associated attributes for delivery from each NCPA Project to the Project Participants in accordance with this Agreement and the Amended and Restated Scheduling Coordination Program Agreement. Therefore, each Project Participant shall become a signatory to the Amended and Restated Scheduling Coordination Program Agreement. Each Operating Entity shall coordinate with NCPA the scheduling of its single or combined Project Participation Percentage share, of the available capacity and energy from a NCPA Project, subject to all applicable operating constraints, requirements and tariffs applicable to such activities, including, but not limited to, the CAISO Tariff, unless otherwise specified in a Project Agreement. Each Project Participant, or group of Project Participants, acting as an Operating Entity for the purpose of coordinating scheduling and dispatching of their Project Participation Percentage share of a NCPA Project with NCPA must comply with the scheduling criteria set forth in the Amended and Restated Scheduling Coordination Program Agreement.

Scheduling Coordination. ArenaCo will coordinate with the Seattle Mariners, the Seattle Sounders and the Seattle Seahawks, as well as the Washington State Public Stadium Authority (CenturyLink Field) and the Xxxxxxxxxx-Xxxx County Stadium Authority (Safeco Field), to minimize the number of conflicting and overlapping events held at the existing stadiums and the proposed Arena. The Transaction Documents will include specific provisions limiting the number and duration of such conflicts and providing for City oversight and enforcement of these provisions.
Scheduling Coordination. Northwest shall use its best efforts to provide to Mesaba not less than sixty (60) days' prior written notice of changes in routing, scheduling or Service Cities; provided, however, Mesaba shall use its best efforts to effect such changes if less than sixty (60) days' prior notice is given. Northwest shall develop scheduling procedures for handling irregular operations and related matters.
Scheduling Coordination. The following text is added after Section 4.2 as new subsections (A) and (B): (A) The Parties agree to coordinate their Scheduling efforts. Information exchanged between the Parties’ respective operational personnel will be prompt and include necessary details to ensure ample time to meet the deadlines of the applicable Transporter(s). The Parties’ operational personnel will cooperate in establishing acceptable and efficient methods of communication (such as telephone, instant message, or other electronic message) and identify essential contact information so that they may provide each other with rapid updates of key Scheduling events. Notice of nomination will be timely and sufficient to meet the requirements of the applicable Transporter(s) with respect to Gas delivered and received on each applicable Day. If either Party becomes aware of any reason why delivery of a Scheduled Quantity of Gas may not be accepted or that actual deliveries at an applicable Delivery Point are more or less than a Scheduled Quantity of Gas, such Party’s operational personnel will promptly alert the other Party’s operational personnel via accepted method of communication. (B) The Parties will use commercially reasonable efforts to avoid the assessment of Imbalance Penalties by a Transporter. If a Transporter assesses Imbalance Penalties on a Party, the Parties will seek to promptly determine whether or not the Imbalance Penalties are valid, and if so, what caused them. To the extent the Imbalance Penalties are imposed as a result of Buyer’s actions or inactions (e.g., Buyer’s receipt of more than or less than the Scheduled Quantity of Gas), then Buyer is responsible for such Imbalance Penalties. To the extent the Imbalance Penalties are imposed as a result of Seller’s actions or inactions (e.g., Seller’s delivery of more or less than the Scheduled Quantity of Gas), then Seller is responsible for such Imbalance Penalties. The Party responsible for such Imbalance Penalties must pay such Imbalance Penalties to the Transporter or reimburse the other Party for any such Imbalance Penalties already paid by such other Party to the Transporter.”

Scheduling Coordination. If the CAISO requires the Seller to enter in to a Participating Generator Agreement, then the Seller shall designate NCPA as the Buyer’s scheduling coordinator. The Buyer, acting in its sole discretion, may replace NCPA as the scheduling coordinator for the Facility. If NCPA ceases to be the scheduling coordinator for the Facility and the Buyer has not, upon fourteen (14) days’ prior written notice of inquiry from the Seller, appointed a replacement scheduling coordinator, then the Seller shall have the right to appoint a replacement scheduling coordinator on the Buyer’s behalf. Thereafter, the Buyer shall enter into all reasonable and appropriate agreements with such replacement scheduling coordinator at its own costs.
Scheduling Coordination. NCPA shall provide Scheduling Coordination Services and shall monitor, schedule, settle and dispatch Pool capacity, energy and associated attributes for delivery of Pool power supplies to Pool loads in accordance with this Agreement and the Amended and Restated Scheduling Coordination Program Agreement. Therefore the Participant shall become signatories to the Amended and Restated Scheduling Coordination Program Agreement. NCPA shall act as an Operating Entity on behalf of the Participants for the scheduling of Pool loads and power supplies, subject to all applicable operating constraints, requirements and tariffs applicable to such activities.

Scheduling Coordination. The Consultant shall coordinate issues and communications with City’s internal resource areas through CITY’s PM. CITY will communicate the resolution of issues and provide the Consultant direction through CITY’s PM. The Consultant shall prepare a design production schedule using the latest version Microsoft Project or Primavera P6. The schedule shall indicate tasks, subtasks, critical dates, milestones, deliverables and review requirements utilizing the outlined work breakdown structure provided by CITY. The Consultant shall schedule milestone submittals at 60%, 90% and final project completion phases. The Consultant shall notify CITY immediately if the Consultant is not able to meet scheduled milestone dates. The Consultant shall be responsible for directing and coordinating work activities to comply with applicablepolicies and procedures, and to deliver that work on time.
