Scope Clause. The Corporation recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for all full-time, part-time and casual EMS Paramedic Services Employees as well as EMS Communications Services Employees, of the Regional Municipality of Niagara save and except any Employees occupying management positions or positions which are management in character and any Employees of the Corporation which are covered under another Collective Agreement. For greater clarity the Corporation recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for Employees listed under Schedule “A” of this Agreement. Any disputes may be resolved under Article 2.02 or any provisions contained in the Ontario Labour Relations Act.
Scope Clause. This Agreement covers all employees who occupy classifications appearing in the Schedule of Wages (Appendix "A") attached, and new positions falling within the Union's jurisdiction.
Scope Clause. The Union is hereby established as the sole collective Bargaining Agent for all employees in the Bargaining Unit, as defined in Article 2.02 hereof, and the Hospital undertakes that it will not enter into any other agreement with such employees, either individually or collectively which will conflict with any of the provisions of this agreement.

The Hospital recognizes the Union as the sole collective bargaining agent of all employees of the Cambridge Memorial Hospital in Cambridge, Ontario regularly employed for not more than (24) hours per week and students employed during the school vacation period, save and except professional medical staff, professional nursing staff, professional paramedical staff and their assistants, technical personnel and their assistants, office staff, supervisors, persons above the rank of supervisor and persons covered by subsisting collective agreements. The Hospital undertakes that during the lifetime of this Agreement it will not enter into any other agreement or contract with employees represented by the Union either individually or collectively which will conflict with any of the provisions of this Agreement.

In accordance with the Certificate issued by the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Hospital the Union as the sole bargaining agent for all employees of Hospital in Metropolitan Toronto regularly employed for not more than twenty-four hours per week and students employed during the school vacation period, save and except supervisors, persons above the rank of supervisor , professional medical staff, regis- tered, graduate and undergraduate nurses, paramedical employees, office staff and persons covered by subsisting collective agree- ments.

The Hospital the Union as the sole bargaining agent for all employees at the Hospital in Toronto save and except Professional Medical Staff, Graduate and undergraduate Nurses, graduate and undergraduate Pharmacists, Technical Personnel and Students taking courses which lead to such positions, foremen, supervisors and persons above the rank of xxxxxxx and supervisor, office staff, students employed during the school vacation period and persons regularly employed for not more than hours per week.
Scope Clause. 2.01 The Employer recognizes the Union as the bargaining agent of all employees of New Leaf: Living & Learning Together Inc. in the Regional Municipality of York, save and except supervisors, persons above the rank of supervisor, Registered Nurse, office and clerical staff, and students employed during the school vacation period. Students employed during the school vacation period shall not perform work normally performed by regular full time or regular part time employees as defined in Article 5.02 if as a result any such employee loses regular hours of work.
2.02 Further, persons hired for a specific term not to exceed twelve (12) months to replace an employee on leave or to perform special non- reoccurring tasks are excluded from the bargaining unit. The Employer agrees that it will advise the Union when it seeks external temporary hires for specific terms or tasks
Scope Clause. The Employer hereby recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining agent for “all employees of Canada Corp. working in or out of the City of Ottawa, excluding sales staff, dependent contractors, coordinators, supervisors and persons above the rank of dispatchers, casual administrative clerk, casual junior messenger, leader, warehouse lead hand, agency staff, and franchise field operations support.”
Scope Clause. This Agreement applies to all employees referred to below and as set out in the Wage Schedules hereinafter provided. WHEREAS the Union, by certificate dated July is the sole certified bargaining agent for all employees of the General Hospital at and Bancroft, Ontario save and except professional medical staff, graduate nursing staff, undergraduate nurses, graduate pharmacists, graduate dietitians, student dietitians, technical personnel such as physiotherapists, occupational therapists, psychologist, electrical shock therapists, laboratory, radiological, pathological and cardiological technicians supervisors, persons above the rank of supervisor, office staff, chief engineer and stationary engineers and persons regularly employed not more than twenty-four hours per week.

The Hospital recognizes the Union as the sole bargaining agent for all employees at the Hospital in Toronto save and except Professional Medical Staff, Graduate and undergraduate Nurses, graduate and undergraduate Pharmacists, Technical Personnel and Students taking courses which lead to such positions, foremen, supervisors and persons above the rank of xxxxxxx and supervisor, staff, students employed during the school vacation period and persons regularly employed for not more than hours per week. The Union acknowledges that it is the exclusive function of the Hospital to: Maintain order, discipline and Hire, discharge, direct, classify, transfer, promote, demote, layoff and suspend or otherwise discipline employees for cause providedthat a claim of discriminatory classification, promotion, demotion or transfer or a claim that an employee has been unjustly discharged or disciplined may be the subject of a grievance and dealt with in accordance with the Grievance Procedure. Establish and enforce rules and regulations to be observed by the employees, providedthat they are not inconsistentwith the provisionsof this Agreement; Generally to manage and operate the Hospital in all respects in accordance with its obligations and without restrictingthe generality of the foregoing, to determine the kinds and locations of machines, equipment to be used, the allocation and number of employees required from time to time, the standards of performancefor all employees and all other matters concerning the Hospital's operations, not otherwise specifically dealt with elsewhere in this Agreement. The Hospitalwill recognizea Grievance Committee composed of the Chief Xxxxxxx and not more than three (3) employees selected by the Union who have completed their probationary period. A general representative of the Union may be present at any meeting of the Committee. The purpose of the Committee is to deal with complaints or grievances as set out in this Collective Agreement. The Hospital will recognize a Chief Xxxxxxx and one Xxxxxxx from each of the following departments of the Hospital: Nursing Nursing Assistant Nursing Orderly Maintenance, Linen Service, and Local Committee The Hospital agrees to recognize a Negotiating Committee comprising of three (3) members to be elected, or appointed from amongst employees in the bargaining unit, who have completed their probationary period.
