Scope of Position. A. The administrator shall perform the functions and fulfill responsibilities as defined by their respective job descriptions set by the Board of Education. Administrators shall be directly responsible to the Superintendent and shall consult with and secure approval of the respective Assistant Superintendent for K-12 Instruction for any major curriculum changes. B. Administrators shall be encouraged to study, propose, and test new educational practices and procedures and may be permitted to initiate educational innovations upon approval of the Superintendent or the respective Assistant Superintendent for Elementary or Secondary Instruction. C. Each Administrator will provide regular student or program updates at either a Board Workshop or Regular meeting.

A criminal reference check is mandatory for this position. The work of this position will include attending bi-weekly Xxxxxx House staff meetings, monthly project coordination committee meetings, relevant community meetings, and ongoing documentation.
Scope of Position. Participating as a member of the team and under the direction of the Executive Coordinator, the Transition Support Worker is responsible for assisting women and children with their transition to the community. She is responsible for providing short-term counselling, support, referrals and crisis intervention to residents and ex-residents of Xxxxxx House and to clients of the two community agency partners. She contributes to ensuring the environments and services are safe and confidential. The Transition Support Worker reports monthly to the interagency coordination committee, composed of representatives Xxxxxx House, Immigrant and Visible Minority Women Against Abuse (IVMWAA) and Carlington Community and Health Services (CCHS). Xxxxxx House will hire the worker and administer this position with input from the other two agencies in selection, orientation, appraisal, supervision and activity planning. A criminal reference check is mandatory for this position. The Transition Support Worker’s time will be shared half and half between Xxxxxx House and the other two agencies, IVMWAA and CCHS. The work of this position will include attending weekly Xxxxxx House staff meetings, monthly project coordination committee meetings, relevant community meetings, and doing documentation,
Scope of Position. 4.1 The Employee shall work within the territory of the State of Israel and from time to time shall have to work outside such territory. 4.2 The Employee undertakes to work such hours as shall be required to carry out the duties of his position. 4.3 The Employee declares that his state of health enables him to carry out the requirements obligated by the extent of his position as aforesaid.

Scope of Position. The Assistant Director will continue to perform responsibilities and will assume the following additional responsibilities, under the direction of the Director, during his or her tenure: Participates in the work planning process; Xxxxxxx and compiles information and provides advice and assistance to the Director; Compiles or assists in compiling annual reports, Board of Trustees reports, etc.; Manages or assists in managing special projects and evolving issues of policy and practice; Representsthe Division in meetings and events which the director is unable to attend; and Performs other duties as assigned. The position will be of the Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada bargaining unit. The first term of an individual in the position will be for a maximum period of two (2) years and may be followed by an additional appointment with a period of two (2) years. All appointments, including the second consecutive term, will be subject to the appropriate posting and staffing provisions. Upon of the term of Assistant Director, the incumbent will return to substantive position and salary. An employee who has held the position of Assistant Director for two consecutive terms up to a total of four (4) years, cannot reapply for the position for at least four (4) years following the end of their last appointment.
