Section 2 Overtime. A. An employee shall be compensated at the rate of time and one-half his/her regular rate of pay for authorized overtime work performed in excess of thirty-seven and a half (37 ½) hours per week for Unit I employees and forty (40) hours per week for Unit II employees.

Nurses on an eight (8) 13 hour shift shall be paid at the rate of two (2) times the straight time hourly 14 rate, including shift differential if applicable, for all hours of work 15 performed in excess of twelve (12) hours in any payroll workday.
