Security of Employee Entitlements. During the life of this Agreement, the parties agree to discuss the preservation of employee entitlements. These discussions will include consideration of the NEST Fund.
Security of Employee Entitlements i. The Parties to this Enterprise Agreement are committed to ensure that all the entitlements accruing to employees are secure.
Security of Employee Entitlements. The parties to this agreement acknowledge that employees have concerns about the preservation of their accrued entitlements. The Company is committed to preserving those statutory award and agreement entitlements for access by employees as requested within the terms of the award and the agreement. Should employees have any specific concerns regarding the preservation of their accrued entitlements; these concerns can be raised and addressed via the Crown NSW Service Consultative Committee processes identified in this agreement. In the event that there is a transmission of business or the company ceases trading, the Company will enter into discussions with the Consultative Committee as early as possible about the protection of employee entitlements. The company will continue, as it has for over 35 years, to ensure at all times that it has capacity to honour accrued entitlements to all Crown employees as and when they fall due. Any disputes in relation to the preservation of accrued employee entitlements will be dealt with in accordance with the disputes procedure in this agreement. • POSITION VACANCIES Bulletins shall be posted should a vacancy exist for a replacement or additional position within the Service Department. The selection process shall consist of formal interviews with those persons who indicate an expression of interest. • TOOLS We shall continue to supply tools as needed to ensure that the proper quality & quantity of tools are available to carry out the work in a safe & efficient manner. We agree that financial constrains will not affect the purchase of tools that are needed. • ADDITIONAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY In addition to the Public Holidays prescribed in the Metal and Engineering Award 1998, full time employees are entitled to one additional public holiday without loss of pay. Crown Equipment additional public holiday is the Tuesday immediately following Easter Monday, but if that Tuesday is a gazetted or proclaimed public holiday then on another day mutually agreed between the employer and the employee. The additional holiday is not cumulative and must be taken in each calendar year. • SUPERANNUATION In addition to the “incorporated terms” and in conjunction with any additional rights relating to these matters contained in this agreement, the following provision will apply: Definitions For the purposes of this agreement:
