Service Provider’s Obligation-. Service Provider obligations will include the following:-
a. The service provider shall be responsible for Rectification of Gemini defects onboard ICGS C-409, C/o ICGS Pipavav, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxx Xx.– 000, Xxxxxx- Xxxxxx, Xxxx- Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx- 000000 as per para 1 of part II.
b. Service provider needs to provide the past experience in the similar nature of work and will be as per detailed specification and parameters mentioned in scope of work. Documentary evidence to be provided in technical specification in GeM portal.
c. The Bidder needs to come onboard ICGS C-409 for Rectification of Gemini defects onboard ICGS C-409, C/o ICGS Pipavav, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxx Xx.– 000, Xxxxxx- Xxxxxx, Xxxx- Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx- 000000 All expenses incurred for the same will have to be borne by Service provider.
d. The successful bidder has to supply all essential accessories pertaining to supplied items. Besides standard accessories as per normal industry practice, following accessories must be part of supply and cost should be included in bid price, RECTIFICATION OF GEMINI DEFECTS ONBOARD ICGS C-409, C/O ICGS PIPAVAV, BHERAI VILLAGE, SURVEY NO.– 603, XXXXXX- XXXXXX, DIST-
e. Firm should provide valid Registration Certificate Approved by Indian Coast Guard.
Service Provider’s Obligation-. Service Provider obligations will include the following:-
a. The service provider shall be responsible for supply of Procurement of Electric Horn for ICGS C-409 at ICGS Pipavav, Bherai Village, Xxxxxx Xx- 000, Xxxxxx- Xxxxxx, Xxxx- Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx – 365 560 as per para 1 of part II.
b. Service provider needs to provide the past experience in the similar nature of work and will be as per detailed specification and parameters mentioned in scope of work. Documentary evidence to be provided in technical specification in GeM portal
c. The successful Bidder/Firm needs to provide Electric Horn for ICGS C-409 at ICGS Pipavav, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxx Xx- 000, Xxxxxx- Xxxxxx, Xxxx- Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx – 000 000. All expenses incurred for the same will have to be borne by Service provider.
d. The successful bidder has to supply all essential accessories pertaining to supplied items. Besides standard accessories as per normal industry practice, following accessories must be part of supply and cost should be included in bid price, PROCUREMENT OF ELECTRIC HORN FOR ICGS C-409 AT ICGS
e. The bidder should submit a self declaration to the effect in bidder’s official letter head that their agency have not been black listed by any Agency whatsoever till date.
f. Item guarantee of above mentioned item should be minimum 12 months.
Service Provider’s Obligation-. Service Provider’s obligations will include the following-
1. The service provider shall be responsible for ensuring compliance with the provisions related to Labour Law (Central/State), Minimum Wages Act, PF, ESI Act, Payment of Bonus Act, Contract Labour(R&A) Act, Workmen Compensation Act etc. as applicable from time to time.
2. The Service Provider shall maintain all statutory registers under the Law and shall produce the same, on demand, to the Buyer Department or any other authority under Law. The Service Provider shall provide the documentary proof for the qualifications and experience of the manpower deployed by them. The bio-data/ resume, qualification and experience of the said manpower should be certified by the Service Provider. In case any of such document is found to be false at any stage, it would be deemed to be a breach of terms of contract making the Service Provider liable for legal action.
1. The Service Provider shall be responsible for police verification, character and antecedents’ verification of the manpower. The same may be verified by the Buyer at the time of joining of the manpower, if he/she so desires.
2. The Service Provider shall furnish the following documents in respect of the manpower deployed by them to Buyer’s premise/ designated premise in the given time limit:
3. List of persons deployed (monthly)
4. Bio data/ resume with antecedents details (at the time of deployment)
5. Copy of Aadhaar Card of the candidates (at the time of deployment)
6. Identity Cards issued by Service Provider bearing photograph (within 8 days of joining)
7. Identity proof and residential proof (at the time of deployment)
8. Copy of police verification certificate (at the time of deployment) 9. Copy of birth certificate, if required (at the time of deployment – for domicile purpose)
Service Provider’s Obligation-. Service Provider obligations will include the following:-
a. The service provider shall be responsible for supply of DA Fuel Pump for ICGS C-409 at ICGS Pipavav, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxx Xx- 000, Xxxxxx- Xxxxxx, Xxxx- Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx – 365 560 as per Para 1 of part II.
b. Service provider needs to provide the past experience in the similar nature of work and will be as per detailed specification and parameters mentioned in scope of work. Documentary evidence to be provided in technical specification in GeM portal
c. The successful OEM/PAC Firm needs to provide DA Fuel Pump for ICGS C- 409 at ICGS Pipavav, Bherai Village, Xxxxxx Xx- 000, Xxxxxx- Xxxxxx, Xxxx- Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx – 000 000. All expenses incurred for the same will have to be borne by Service provider.
d. The successful bidder has to supply all essential accessories pertaining to supplied items. Besides standard accessories as per normal industry practice, following accessories must be part of supply and cost should be included in bid price, DA FUEL PUMP FOR ICGSC-409 AT ICGS PIPAVAV, BHERAI VILLAGE, SURVEY NO- 603, TALUKA- RAJULA, DIST- AMRELI, GUJARAT
e. The bidder should submit a self declaration to the effect in bidder’s official letter head that their agency have not been black listed by any Agency whatsoever till date.
f. The bidder should produced authorized valid vendors registration certificate issued by Indian Coast Guard.
Service Provider’s Obligation-. The Service Provider shall not levy, demand or collect from or in respect of any User, vehicle or Person, for the use of Project Network any sum whatsoever in the nature of a toll or fee.
Service Provider’s Obligation-. The Service Provider shall ensure the level of service required is of the highest professional standard and shall deliver the cleanliness service within the stipulated time frame as agreed in the contract. The delay in the execution of service shall attract penalties.
Service Provider’s Obligation-. 9.1. The Registered Service provider shall accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement by completing and submitting via the on-line Provider Portal the Service Providers Statement to this Agreement.
9.2. The Service Provider must offer, all eligible children, the Early Education entitlement, which is: Up to a maximum of 15 hours each week (to a maximum of 570 hours per year) for no fewer than 38 weeks a year;
9.3. The Service Provider must deliver the Early Education entitlement within the national limits set out in the Statutory Guidance. These limits are:
9.3.1. No session longer than 10 hours 9.3.2. No session shorter than 2.5 hours
9.3.3. No session before 7.00 am or after 7.00 pm
9.4. The Service Provider must work in partnership with the Council to meet local demand for flexible delivery of the Early Education entitlement by offering as a minimum:

c. The successful OEM/PAC Firm needs to provide DA Spares for ICGS C-419 at ICGS Pipavav, Bherai Village, Xxxxxx Xx- 000, Xxxxxx- Xxxxxx, Xxxx- Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx
d. The successful bidder has to supply all essential accessories pertaining to supplied items. c. The successful OEM/PAC Firm needs to provide UPS for FM 200 system for ICGS C-419, at ICGS Pipavav, Bherai Village, Survey No- 603, Taluka- Rajula, Dist- Amreli, Gujarat – 365 560.All expenses incurred for the same will have to be borne by Service provider.
d. The successful bidder has to supply all essential accessories pertaining to supplied items. Besides standard accessories as per normal industry practice, following accessories must be part of supply and cost should be included in bid price, UPS FOR FM 200 SYSTEM FOR ICGS C-419, AT ICGS PIPAVAV, BHERAI VILLAGE,
e. The bidder should submit a self declaration to the effect in bidder’s official letter head that their agency have not been black listed by any Agency whatsoever till date.
Service Provider’s Obligation-. Service Provider’s obligations will include the following-
1. The service provider shall be responsible for ensuring compliance with the provisions related to all Applicable laws including Labour Law [Central/State] and specially Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, PF, ESI Act, Payment of Bonus Act, Contract Labour [R&A] Act, Workmen Compensation Act, Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, etc. as applicable from time to time.
2. Service Provider shall ensure the timely deliverywith the agreed standards and quantity of required services to the Buyer.
3. The Service Provider shall provide catering services in the dining area and/ or administrative building premises and/ or any other local premise designated by the Buyer as per the service request and for the number of people mentioned by the Buyer.
4. The Service Provider shall be well equipped to undertake Hygiene audit and reports shall be submitted to the Buyer bi-annually.
5. All the staff deployed by Service Provider at Buyer’s premise/ designated premise shall adhere to the Buyer’s policies for office timings/ other guidelines.
6. Service Provider shall provide uniforms, identity card, name badges and safety items/ kits, shoes etc. to its staff working in the Buyer’s premise. Staff should also ensure wearing gloves and hair covers while cooking and serving food.
7. Service Provider shall inform about the non-availability/ shortage of any item/ dish in advance in appropriate time along with the alternate options for non-available items.
8. The Service Provider shall follow the service delivery instructions from the Buyer’s Catering Committee/ SPOC, Service Provider shall get all the details of service i.e. packet/ catering arrangement, quality, quantity of the eatables, other arrangements etc. in advance from Catering Committee / SPOC to avoid last minute issues.The Service Provider shall also provide varieties in Menu/Cuisine in consultation with Buyer Department within the selected meal package.
9. Taking protective measures to protect the property and persons and prevent accidents shall be the Service Provider’s responsibility during the contract period.
10. The Service Provider shall not deploy or shall discontinue deploying the person(s), if desired by the Buyer and must ensure prompt replacement of the personnel without any additional cost to the Buyer. The personnel being deployed shall ordinarily be continued and should not be changed without written intimation and consultation with Buyer.
