STAFF FACILITIES. 44.1 The Employer shall ensure wherever possible that all the provisions set out in the sub clauses hereunder shall apply to all new theatres and shall be made available where practicable in existing theatres with the exception of tea, coffee and refrigerator facilities which shall apply to all theatres. 44.2 The Employer shall provide in theatres for use of Employees suitable dressing room facilities (providing mirrors, lockers with hanging space and locks and proper lighting), toilet and washing room facilities to a standard in accordance with industry practice. 44.3 The Employer shall ensure that suitable ventilation, heating and air conditioning is provided for the use of the Employees in studios, dressing rooms and/or stages. 44.4 The Employer shall provide or cause to be provided facilities and ingredients for making tea or coffee and shall provide a refrigerator. 44.5 A suitable rest area to a standard in accordance with industry practice shall be provided by the Employer in theatres and in rehearsal venues.
STAFF FACILITIES. 11.3.1. The District shall provide in a safe and sanitary condition, currently operational lunchrooms, restrooms, lavatories and lounge facilities which are not used concurrently by students. At least one (1) room shall be reserved for use as a staff lounge.
STAFF FACILITIES. 87.1.1 Where conditions on the work site or the duration of work there so requires, appropriately equipped staff facilities shall be provided for the use of the employees. 87.1.2 In mobile work, the vehicle of the work group may be used for meals if it has an appropriate space for dining. If the space in the vehicle and its equipment do not meet the requirements set for an eating place, agreement shall be made on a case-by-case basis for arrangement of meal times.

STAFF FACILITIESThe Board, the bargaining unit members, and the administrators of the District recognize the value of private and readily available conversations with parents of students. To this end, the District will equip all buildings with telephone facilities and will do its utmost to provide a conference area to ensure private communications with parents.
STAFF FACILITIESSection A: The Board and the Association mutually recognize the importance of the continuous use of adequate staff reference materials in maintaining a high level of professional performance. In furtherance of that recognition, the Board shall endeavor to make such materials available to the schools. Section B: Each secondary school will have designated areas, apart from students, for use as a staff dining room. A minimum of one lounge, appropriately furnished, will be provided in each secondary building. Each elementary and middle school will have designated areas, appropriately furnished and apart from students, for use as a staff dining room and/or lounge. Provisions for male and female lavatories, staff dining room, and staff lounge in the secondary; staff dining room and/or lounge in elementary and middle schools will be provided for in every future building, and in any renovation of existing buildings. All District facilities will be tobacco free. Section C: Secretarial service and office machines that are normally provided for administration services in the school buildings shall be available to staff members for school purposes, subject to the discretion of the principal. Such discretion shall not be unreasonably exercised. Section D: Telephone facilities shall be made available to staff members for their reasonable use, and if confidential surroundings are required, they shall be supplied. Section E: Space will be provided in each classroom in which staff members may safely store instructional materials and supplies. Section F: A serviceable desk and chair for the staff member will be provided in each classroom. Section G: The Board will provide adequate reserved parking space for staff members at schools where areas can be made available and their use will not interfere with the instructional program. Section H: A communication system will be provided in all new school buildings so that staff members can communicate with the school’s main office from their work stations.
STAFF FACILITIES. Each site shall be provided with the following for staff use: 1) a lunchroom/faculty lounge which is adequately furnished; 2) adequate lavatory facilities for staff use only; 3) telephone facilities which provide privacy; and 4) a step ladder.
