Start Rates. The starting rate for new employees (except Drivers) will be as follows: • $10.00 per hour for the first six (6) months employment or 1040 hours worked, whichever comes first. • Upon the completion six (6) months employment or 1040 hours worked, whichever comes first, the rate will be increased to 85% of the rate of the job that the employee is performing. • Upon the completion of twelve (12) months employment or 2080 hours worked, whichever comes first, the rate will be increased to 90% of the rate of the job that the employee is performing. • Upon the completion eighteen (18) months employment or 3120 hours worked, whichever comes first, the rate will be increased to 95% of the rate of the job that the employee is performing. • Upon the completion of twenty-four (24) months employment or 4160 hours worked, whichever comes first, the rate will be increase to 100% of the rate of the job that the employee is performing. The starting rate for new employees hired as Drivers will be 90% of the rate of the job that the employee is performing for the first twelve (12) months of employment or 2080 hours worked, whichever is greater. Upon the completion of the greater of twelve (12) months of employment or 2080 hours worked, the rate will be increased to 95% of the rate of the job that the employee is performing. Upon the completion of the greater of twenty-four (24) months of employment or 4160 hours worked, the rate will be increased to 100% of the rate of the job that the employee is performing.

Start Rates. Above-Scale Employees: Any employee who is currently being paid more than the wage rate on the wage scale associated with their level/classification, shall remain at their current rate of pay until the wage rate on the wage scale which applies to them is greater than their current rate, at which time they shall be moved to the applicable wage rate on the wage scale for their level/classification. Any employee who continues to remain above scale for more than two consecutive years, for example for 2021 and 2022, will continue to receive an adjustment to their wage rate of 25 cents per hour in 2023 and each subsequent year during the term of this agreement until they are able to be placed on the applicable wage rate for their level/classification. Lead Hand Premium - $1.00 over the rate of the employee’s job/level rate (premiums do not count for overtime calculations) excluding grandfathered lead hands. Lead hands are not eligible for the training premium when they are assigned to train other employees.
Start Rates. The Employer and the Union agree that all employees hired after May 1, 2008, shall start at the appropriate start rate for their Area as provided in Appendix G, Geographical Areas and shall receive the scheduled wage increases for that Area for a period of twelve (12) months from their date of hire, at which time their wage rate will be brought up to the appropriate Area minimum hourly wage rate for their classification, to the extent that such minimum hourly wage may exceed the start rate.
Start Rates. The Company, may in its sole discretion, increase start rates of the non-tipped bargaining unit employees during the term of the final agreement. Start rates are outlined in schedule A of the agreement. If the start rate is increased above the wage rate of any current Cast Member in the same classification, the current Cast Member’s rate would be automatically adjusted to at least the new minimum rate. The Company may continue/discontinue and/or implement hiring and/or retention initiatives at the Company’s discretion.

  • FIXED RATES If a fixed rate is in this Agreement, it is based on an estimate of the costs for the period covered by the rate. When the actual costs for this period are determined, an adjustment will be made to a rate of a future year(s) to compensate for the difference between the costs used to establish the fixed rate and actual costs.

  • Overhead Rates The Engineer shall use the provisional overhead rate indicated in Attachment E. If a periodic escalation of the provisional overhead rate is specified in Attachment E, the effective date of the revised provisional overhead rate must be included. For lump sum contracts, the overhead rate remains unchanged for the entire contract period.

  • Hourly Wage Rates The Employer shall pay wages to every employee covered by this Agreement at the rates set forth in Schedule "A" hereunto annexed in respect of the various classifications therein contained. Schedule "A" shall be deemed to be contained in, and form a part of this Agreement.

  • Wage Rates Contractor shall post a copy of the wage rates at the job site and shall pay the adopted prevailing wage rates as a minimum. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1773 of the Labor Code of the State of California, the Board of Supervisors has obtained the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and the general prevailing rate for holiday and overtime work in this locality for each craft, classification, or type of xxxxxxx needed to execute this Contract from the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations. These rates are on file with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors. Copies may be obtained at cost at the office of County's OC Public Works/OC Facilities & Asset Management/A&E Project Management or visit the website of the Department of Industrial Relations, Prevailing Wage Unit at xxx.xxx.xx.xxx/XXXX/XXX. The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of Sections 1774, 1775, 1776 and 1813 of the Labor Code.

  • Service Rates The rates for services provided to a specific child by the Provider shall be set forth in the PSO for the child. The Provider may not increase the rate for any service described in a PSO during the term of the PSO unless the PSO provides for an automatic rate increase option, in which case the rate may only be increased in the initial month of the Buyer’s fiscal year and must be agreed to in writing by the Buyer. The provider is required to have all services and rate information entered and up-to-date in the Service Fee Directory by the beginning of the contract year. The Provider shall provide to the Buyer written notice of any planned rate increase (90 days) prior to the initial month of the Buyer’s next fiscal year. Such written notice shall contain the justification for the increase and shall be submitted in triplicate to the Buyer’s Children’s Services Act Manager.

  • Overtime Rates All overtime hours shall be compensated at the rate of time and one- half (1-1/2).

  • Billing Rates The Contractor shall be reimbursed for the services performed by its employees under the terms of this Agreement at the lesser of employee’s billing rate set forth in the Budget or the employee’s billing rate applicable at the time the Work is performed. Such billing rates shall be inclusive of actual Cash-based Expenses in the form of wages paid the employee, fringe benefits, overhead, general and administrative (G&A), and other indirect costs. Contractor hereby warrants and guarantees that the billing rates charged herein are Contractor’s customary billing rates for performance of work of the type described in the Statement of Work attached hereto.

  • Interest Rates (a) Each Base Rate Loan shall bear interest on the outstanding principal amount thereof, for each day from the date such Loan is made until it becomes due, at a rate per annum equal to the Base Rate for such day. Such interest shall be payable for each Interest Period on the last day thereof. Any overdue principal of or interest on any Base Rate Loan shall bear interest, payable on demand, for each day until paid at a rate per annum equal to the sum of 2% plus the rate otherwise applicable to Base Rate Loans for such day.

  • Penal Rates (a) Weekend rate - applies to ordinary time (other than overtime) worked after midnight Friday/Saturday until midnight Sunday/Monday shall be paid at time one half (T0.5) in addition to the ordinary hourly rate of pay.
