Substitute Rights. A. Physical Examinations Physical examinations of substitutes shall not be required. However, the District may require that the substitute provide medical documentation that they are medically and physically able to perform the job duties of a substitute.

Substitute Rights. The District will pay ParaEducator substitutes the hourly rate 2 equivalent to PA-2, Step B of the current ParaEducator Salary Schedule. The District 3 will pay a rate differential to substitute ParaEducators in licensed positions including 4 but not limited to designated programs in Special Education. The District may, at its 5 discretion, pay a rate differential to substitute ParaEducators in specialized 6 assignments. 7 8 In addition, a pay differential for retirees may also be established.   • Substitute Teachers In lieu of salary under the Basic Salary Schedule, the District shall pay to teachers employed on the basis of the teacher being available for service if and when called upon by the District, and known as Substitute Teachers, an allowance of $217.04 per day of teaching effective September 1, 2011. Half days will be paid at 50 per cent of the full day allowance.

  • Substitute Employees Employees replacing another on leave of absence from the position shall be known as substitute employees. Those substitutes who exceed 194 workdays in the fiscal year shall not gain permanent employment rights with the District. However, the agency shop provisions of this contract shall cover the employee.

  • Use Rights The Use Rights in effect when Customer orders Software will apply to Customer’s use of the version of the Software that is current at the time. For future versions and new Software, the Use Rights in effect when those versions and Software are first released will apply. Changes Microsoft makes to the Use Rights for a particular version will not apply unless Customer chooses to have those changes apply.

  • Substitute Employee A person who takes the place of an employee on a non-permanent, day-to-day basis, until the regularly assigned employee returns or is replaced.
