SUPPLIER COMMITMENT. 1. The Supplier (hereinafter “Primary Supplier”) agrees to provide opportunities for suppliers identified and Certified as a Minority, Woman, and Service-Disabled Veteran - owned and controlled Business Enterprises (hereinafter “MWDVBE”), in accordance, at a minimum, with the terms and conditions of this Exhibit. 2. In addition, if the scope of this Agreement includes the provision of products or performance of services for or in conjunction with a Verizon Federal government agreement, the then-current Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) requirements regarding MWDVBE subcontracting and reporting shall also apply. 3. The Supplier shall make its existing public and private agency clients aware of its Foundation contract, and upon the public and private agency's request, such agency will be transitioned to the Supplier's Foundation contract. SUPPLIER COMMITMENT. Computer Automation Systems, Inc. must maintain an approved and auditable quality system throughout life of the contract. Computer Automation is responsible for assuring a continuous supply of quality material conforming to all the requirements of the Purchase Agreement and this Quality Plan.
SUPPLIER COMMITMENT. Supplier shall use the mutually agreed [***] to [***] forecasts that Customer provides on a rolling basis to plan Campaigns during the applicable Rolling Forecast period. Any requested increase in supply of the Product in excess of the Maximum Production Capacity of Supplier is subject to mutual agreement of the Parties. The Parties acknowledge and agree that any placeholders for Supplier to reserve capacity for the Manufacture and supply of the Product for Customer shall be set forth in the Rolling Forecasts, which shall be prepared based on Customer’s assessment of its supply needs at the time and consistent with the Maximum Production Capacity of Supplier, and Supplier shall reserve such requested capacity for Customer. Customer may request to reschedule the timing of production from time to time in accordance with the Binding Forecast and Supplier shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to comply with the delivery schedule.
