The Student undertakes. 2.3.1. Comply with the Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Charter of the University, the regulations for training, internal regulations, follow orders and instructions for the University, as well as all clauses of this agreement. 2.3.2. Attend the established forms and types of classes provided for by the relevant curricula and training programs and follow the schedule of the educational process. 2.3.3. Assimilate the compulsory program at the level of the requirements of state standards of higher professional education in areas. 2.3.4. Pay 100% of the payment for the first year of study in the amount of within 10 days after enrolling in the university. 2.3.5. In subsequent courses, tuition fees should be paid with the payment of 50% of the contract amount by October 1 , and the remaining 50% by February 1 of each academic year. 2.3.6. Compensate for additional expenses arising in the process of training that are not provided for in the calculation of training costs (translation, restoration, retaking exams and tests, working off missed classes, field practice, etc.). 2.3.7. Provide the necessary documents in the original with translation into the state (or Russian) language. Bear personal responsibility for the accuracy and legitimacy of all documents provided to them. 2.3.8. If a student, for any reason, interrupts his studies, then he must write an application addressed to the xxxxxx from the date of suspension of attendance. If a student from the beginning of the educational process until expulsion from an educational institution did not pay for contract training, then until the debt for the actual period of study (according to the order) is paid off, his personal documents will not be issued, and will be temporarily stored in the administration of the OIMU. 2.3.9. Actively participate in social and cultural events, take care of the property of the university, and compensate for the damage caused in cases of damage to property by the student.

The Student undertakes. 6.1. to commence with the COURSE as from the ACADEMIC YEAR and take the COURSE full-time and complete all year modules and academic requirements for the successful completion of the enrolled qualification within the tertiary institution’s prescribe period of completion of the qualification. 6.2. to provide ARMSCOR with certified copies of the STUDENT’s South African identity document. 6.3. to provide ARMSCOR with satisfactory proof of enrolment for the COURSE at the beginning of each year of study within 21 days of registration; 6.4. not to change from the approved sponsored COURSE or research topic without prior written permission of ARMSCOR; 6.5. not to accept any position (either full-time or part-time) prior to the completion of the COURSE unless the prior written permission from ARMSCOR has been obtained.
The Student undertakes. 2.3.1. To perform the tasks set in the practice placement programme and to follow the Company’s internal rules of procedure. To carry out high-quality work within the Company’s set deadlines, to fulfil the supervisor's directions, and to observe work safety regulations. To treat the workplace equipment with care, not to disclose any commercial information, to prepare the practice placement documents (to fill in the practice placement diary, to prepare the overview of the practice placement) and submit them to the Technical School within the set deadline. 2.3.2. To immediately notify the Company and the Technical School in case of non-attendance and the reasons for non-attendance. 2.3.3. To inform the Technical School about the Company’s failure to comply with the terms of the Agreement. 2.3.4. The Student has the right not to carry out the assigned work during the practice placement if the work conditions pose a threat to himself/herself or to other people’s health and life. The Company and Technical School shall be notified immediately. 3.1. Shall either Party wish to terminate the Agreement in the event of non-compliance, the fact of non-compliance shall be noted in a written form, and the other Parties shall be notified, in writing, at least five (5) working days in advance of the unilateral termination of the Agreement. 3.2. Any dispute related to the Agreement obligations shall be resolved by negotiation between the Parties. Should the Parties be unable to reach an agreement by negotiation then the disputes shall be resolved in the court in compliance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia. 3.3. Any amendments to the Agreement shall be valid only if they are submitted in writing and signed by the Parties.
The Student undertakes. 2.1.1 To use his/her reasonable endeavours to participate fully in the #DMUglobal experience to abide by the rules and regulations of the Organisation and not do anything which may bring the University and/or the Organisation into disrepute. 2.1.2 To abide by the University’s Code of Conduct as specified here: xxxx://xxx.xxx.xx.xx/dmu- students/the-student-gateway/academic-support-office/student-regulations.aspx 2.1.3 To adhere to the Trip Leader’s authority when undertaking the #DMUglobal experience and accept that the Trip Leader(s) have the authority to cancel with immediate effect the #DMUglobal experience if the Student is not following the itinerary or adhering to safety requirements and similar. 2.1.4 To carry out all lawful and proper tasks assigned to him/her in relation to the #DMUglobal experience promptly and carefully and to comply with all reasonable requests made of him/her by the University (or the host organisation if applicable) prior to, during and after the #DMUglobal experience. 2.1.5 To attend the mandatory pre-departure briefing sessions that relate to the #DMUglobal experience. 2.1.6 To comply with all local and national laws and customs of the country where the #DMUglobal experience is taking place. 2.1.7 To be fully responsible for their own #DMUglobal experience expenses including timely payment of the deposits to the relevant parties where appropriate. 2.1.8 To confirm participation and complete the required documents to enable payment of the #DMUglobal bursary (where relevant). 2.1.9 To repay the #DMUglobal bursary (where relevant) if the Student subsequently elects to withdraw from the #DMUglobal experience either prior to departure or during the #DMUglobal experience. 2.1.10 To promptly pay all subsequent amounts properly due whether to the University or any relevant third party ensuring adherence to any separately agreed payment plan. 2.1.11 To notify the University and the Organisation promptly of any matter which is likely to affect him/her and the undertaking of the #DMUglobal experience including any special learning, health or medical requirements (including pregnancy). This information is required to ensure that consideration can be given to any ‘reasonable adjustments’ which may be required. 2.1.12 To notify the University of any disability, including physical and sensory impairments, ‘hidden impairments’ including mental health conditions, and long term health conditions.   • Xxxxxx and Recall 1. When the Board determines to reduce the number of positions in one or more classifications covered by this agreement because of decreased enrollment of pupils, suspension of schools, territorial changes, lack of work, return to duty of an employee from a leave of absence, or financial reasons, the Board shall follow the procedure set forth in this Section. 2. The Board shall determine in which classification the layoffs should occur and the number of employees to be laid off. 3. The Board shall lay off employees in the affected classification on the basis of reverse seniority in that classification. Seniority shall be defined as the length of continuous service as a regular employee of the Board of Education. 4. The names of laid off employees shall be kept on a recall list by classification until for two years maximum. If the Board determines to fill any position in a classification during this period of time, the Board must offer the position to the most senior employee on the recall list for that classification. The offer of recall shall be made by written notice sent to the employee at his most recent address on record by certified mail. It is the employee's responsibility to keep the Board informed of his up to date address. The employee shall have seven (7) days after the notice is mailed to accept the offer of recall and report to work. If he does not report during such seven-day period, his name shall be eliminated from the recall list and the employment relationship between him and the Board shall cease. If the first employee on the recall list for a classification does not accept the recall, the Board shall offer the position to the next most senior employee from that classification on the recall list by the procedure outlined in this Section, and so on, until the position is filled. Any employee who resigns after receiving the notice provided in Division 4 of this Section, shall be entitled, upon request, to be placed upon the recall list and shall have same recall rights as if laid off. 5.   • Student Responsibilities The school provided Chromebook for the student is an important learning tool to be used for educational purposes. In order to use the device each day, the student must be willing to accept the following responsibilities: ● I understand that district officials have the ability to monitor my use of the device AT ALL TIMES IN AND OUT OF SCHOOL and that communications, files, internet search activities, and any other actions using the device are not considered to be private. Note: RCCSD does not have the ability to and will not remotely operate the camera on the device. However, students can cover it when not in use to ensure others are not. ● I understand that the device assigned to me is on loan from Red Clay Consolidated School District. All accounts, programs, and files are subject to inspection at any time without notice. ● I will be responsible for ALL damage or loss of the device due to NEGLECT OR ABUSE including dropping it, getting it wet, and spills of food or drink. ● I will not try to repair my Chromebook. ● At ALL times when using my Chromebook, I will follow the Acceptable Use, Internet Safety Policy, and Student Code of Conduct, and related policies adopted by the Board of Education, and abide by all local, state, and federal laws. ● I will talk with my parent/guardian about their ground rules for going online when not at school. ● I will notify the school principal and my parents of any damage to the device as soon as possible. ● I will charge the Chromebook battery each night and will bring my Chromebook to school every day or be prepared for remote learning. ● I will keep my Chromebook clean. ● I will not lend my device to anyone. This includes family members and friends. Note: I could be held responsible for any inappropriate content on the District issued Chromebook. ● I will keep all passwords assigned to me secure. ● I will only use my account credentials to sign into my Chromebook. ● I am allowed to connect to non-district printers and wireless networks at home and in public places. ● I agree that e-mail or any other computer communication should be used only for appropriate, legitimate, and responsible communication. ● I agree not to share personal information about myself (full name, address, etc.) or about my family, friends or anyone else. ● I agree not to search for, download, display, post, or distribute vulgar, offensive material or images described in applicable district policies. (See the student handbook and/or the district's Acceptable Use Agreement.) ● I agree to abide by all school rules that address electronic device procedures. ● I will return the device when requested, at the end of the school year or upon my withdrawal. ● I agree to not deface or destroy this property in any way. Inappropriate use of the machine may result in the student losing their right to use the Chromebook. ● I understand that identification labels have been placed on the Chromebook. These labels are not to be removed or modified. Additional stickers, labels, tags, or markings of any kind are NOT to be added to the machine.

(c) The Receiver agrees to facilitate the assignment or sublease of Data Processing Leases or the negotiation of new leases or license agreements by the Assuming Bank; provided, that neither the Receiver nor the Corporation shall be obligated to engage in litigation or make payments to the Assuming Bank or to any third party in connection with facilitating any such assumption, assignment, sublease or negotiation. (d) The Assuming Bank agrees, during its period of use of any property subject to a Data Processing Lease, to pay to the Receiver or to appropriate third parties at the direction of the Receiver all operating costs with respect thereto and to comply with all relevant terms of the applicable Data Processing Leases entered into by the Failed Bank, including without limitation the timely payment of all rent, taxes, fees, charges, utilities, insurance and assessments. (e) The Assuming Bank shall, not later than fifty (50) days after giving the notice provided in Section 4.7(b), (i) relinquish and release to the Receiver all property subject to the relevant Data Processing Lease, in the same condition as at Bank Closing, normal wear and tear excepted, or (ii) accept an assignment or a sublease thereof or negotiate a new lease or license agreement under this Section 4.7.

  • Reporting and liaison 13.1 The Grantee agrees to provide the Reporting Material specified in the Grant Details to the Commonwealth. 13.2 In addition to the obligations in clause 13.1, the Grantee agrees to: (a) liaise with and provide information to the Commonwealth as reasonably required by the Commonwealth; and (b) comply with the Commonwealth’s reasonable requests, directions, or monitoring requirements, in relation to the Activity. 13.3 If the Commonwealth acting reasonably has concerns regarding the performance of the Activity or the management of the Grant, the Commonwealth may by written notice require the Grantee to provide one or more additional reports, containing the information and by the date(s) specified in the notice. 13.4 The Grantee acknowledges that the giving of false or misleading information to the Commonwealth is a serious offence under the Criminal Code Act 1995 (Cth).
