Transmission Committee. 3.1 The Members shall appoint representatives to serve on a Transmission Committee. Such representatives shall have authority to act for the Members in the administration of all matters pertaining to this Agreement.
Transmission Committee. (a) There is hereby established a Transmission Committee to facilitate effective cooperation, interchange of information and efficient management of the Transmission System, on a prompt and orderly basis.   • Steering Committee The Project Manager shall set up a Steering Committee for the Project, consisting of representatives from the Department, the Contractor, and any other key organisations whom the project will impact on, to be agreed between the parties.
