Uniforms — Clothing Allowance. 1. Custodial employees will wear uniforms provided by the Board while at work. A set of uniforms will be provided to each employee once consisting of five (5) long- or short-sleeved shirts and five (5) pairs summer or winter pants or shorts. Each employee will be responsible for maintaining the uniforms in an appropriate manner. Each employee may request any additional clothing at his/her cost which will be purchased at the cost afforded the employer. Every subsequent year employees may order up to $180 in uniform clothing, jackets, coats or shoes at the district’s expense. 2. Bus drivers shall be provided with uniform golf shirts and sweatshirts upon request of the individual employee. Uniform shirts shall be optional with new shirts provided each year per employee request. If opting in, drivers will wear the shirts while at work. If opting out, drivers will display school I.D./Smart Card. Once, upon request, bus drivers may order five (5) sweatshirts/golf shirts or one (1) jacket and one (1) shirt. Each subsequent year drivers may order up to $100 in uniform clothing at the district’s expense.

Uniforms — Clothing Allowance. Employees in classifications of the bargaining unit shall be paid a clothing allowance of $700.00 in 2015; $750.00 in 2016, and; $800.00 in 2017, payable to said employees in two (2) equal installments on the second pay in June and the first pay in December. The City will establish the uniform to be worn including a standard work shirt. The City also will provide each employee one set of outerwear (1), rubber foot wear, and work gloves. These items will be replaced when worn out. The employee must return the outerwear and foot wear to be replaced to determine their condition before a new set will be authorized. Newly hired employees shall receive their outerwear, foot wear and gloves in a timely fashion after the employee’s probationary period. Each employee shall possess a personal cellular telephone while at work and shall use that telephone to communicate with co-workers as needed to perform efficiently in their service to the City. The City shall give each employee $100.00 per year as a telephone stipend and this stipend shall be paid in two (2) equal installments at the same time as the clothing allowance. It is understood that employees must have the cellular telephone in their possession while at work and respond to calls as needed. Failure to respond to calls or failing to possess a cellular telephone while at work may subject the employee to discipline.
Uniforms — Clothing Allowance. ‌ 26.01 The Employer shall provide an annual clothing allowance of one hundred thirty dollars ($130.00) [$2.50 per week]. The provisions of this clause shall apply only to full-time and part-time employees, but not casual employees.

No later than July 1 of each year, the District and CESP will develop a list of work-related, reimbursable clothing (which shall include, at minimum, uniform shirts, shoes, and pants) and approved vendors for the upcoming year. Each employee in the following groups will be allotted the specified dollar amount every twelve months to be spent on items on the District and CESP approved list: a. Cafeteria – not to exceed $200 b. Maintenance Workers – not to exceed $250 c. Storekeepers – not to exceed $250

  • Moving Allowance With the prior approval of the Agency Head and/or his/her Designee concerning reimbursable costs, employees involuntarily transferred to a new job location fifty miles or more from the employee’s old residence than the old residence was from the old job location shall be reimbursed for receipted moving expenses, as provided in the IRS guidelines. For the purposes of this section, promotions and the exercise of any bumping option shall be considered as a voluntary transfer. Notwithstanding the above, at the discretion of the Agency Head and/or his/her Designee, employees may be reimbursed for moving expenses. 9.6.1 If an employee, whose moving expenses (all or a part) have been paid, resigns within one calendar year of the move, the Agency Head and/or his/her Designee may require the employee to reimburse the Agency for a portion of the moving expenses, based on the length of time the employee worked after the move. 9.6.2 Employees who have been involuntarily transferred or have exercised bumping rights to another geographical location of the State shall be allowed up to twenty-four hours of time off with pay for the purpose of attending to their personal affairs in their present location and establishing their personal affairs in their new location. Such time off from work must be approved in advance by the Agency Head and/or his/her Designee.

  • Tool Allowance (a) A tool allowance as set in the relevant Wage Tables in Appendix A per week shall be paid for all purposes to:- (i) Electrical workers at Grade EW 5 and beyond; (ii) Electrical workers performing the duties of: (A) Television Antenna Installer/Erector; (B) Television/Radio/Electronic Equipment Servicemen; and (iii) Apprentices - Contained within the relevant Apprentice Wage Rates.

  • Housing Allowance During the Employment Period, Executive shall be entitled to receive a Cayman Islands housing allowance of US $6,000 per month. Executive will be responsible for any taxes due on such allowance.

  • Travelling Allowance Where an employee is required to attend or conduct a clinic away from their base hospital, or attend to employer business away from their base hospital, the employer shall, wherever possible, pay all accommodation, meals and travel costs (i.e. the employee shall not be required to pay for such expenses and get reimbursed at a later date). Employees shall be entitled, with prior approval, to claim any actual and reasonable expenses incurred.

  • Auto Allowance The Company shall provide to Executive a car allowance in an amount equal to $1,000 per month during the Employment Period.
