Universal Services. The Parties agree that OTE shall continue to offer “universal services” (as defined in the Electronic Communications Law) for as long as is required to do so by EETT, pursuant to the Electronic Communications Law.

Universal Services. Monthly Report shall include cumulative data on universal services provided at the One-Stop Center. Collected data shall include number of total visitors coming into the centers, total unique visitors and a breakdown of the number of customers attending workshops, listed by workshop title. Universal Services being conducted outside of the centers (i.e. job fairs, off site community events) may also be reported but the count should not be duplicated in the total visitors coming into the centers facilities. The Monthly Report should be based on a data collection/tracking process and in a reporting format both common to all the OC One-Stop Centers and Satellite Centers. CONTRACTOR shall follow existing Universal Services data collection/tracking process (that will be consistently followed in all the OC One-Stop Centers and Satellite Centers). CONTRACTOR shall submit Universal Services Monthly Report to the OCWIB administrative office by the tenth day of the month following the month being reported on.
Universal Services. All governments will be required to develop policy and program directions that embed the Service Delivery Principles for Programs and Services for Indigenous Australians (see Box 1). This will require key system changes and a coordinated approach to service delivery by universal programs within and across governments. Governments will need to reform service delivery systems to ensure that: § government investments deliver effective and accessible services that are taken up by Indigenous people in urban and regional locations; § service delivery agencies are culturally competent to deliver good outcomes for Indigenous people; § government investments maximise linkages between Indigenous specific and mainstream services; § government investments deliver service models that respond to high levels of mobility amongst Indigenous Australians; and § investment on services and programs is prioritised and in specific locations that have the greatest impact on Closing the Gap and breaking the cycle of intergenerational disadvantage. Improving food security is part of the response required to Close the Gap in Indigenous disadvantage. A national Strategy for improving the affordability and availability of healthy food for Indigenous people living in remote Australia was agreed by COAG in December 2009. The National Strategy for Food Security in Remote Indigenous Communities at Schedule H identifies specific strategic actions that can be taken by all relevant jurisdictions to improve food security in remote Indigenous communities. The focus is on priority areas where the evidence shows a high level of impact can be achieved. Several models of income management are currently being piloted across Australia in Cape York in Queensland, the Xxxxxxxxx in Western Australia, and in the Northern Territory. COAG will give consideration to the outcomes achieved and possible next steps. Evaluations of welfare reform pilots are currently underway. Evaluation of Income Management in the Northern Territory commenced in early 2009 and the report was released in August 2009. Evaluation of the Child Protection Initiative and Voluntary Income Management pilots in the Xxxxxxxxx region and the Cannington district of metropolitan Perth in Western Australia commenced in early 2009 and the report was released in September 2010. Universal Services. 1. Registration shall be completed for all customers of the One-Stop System. CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for collecting and reporting all registration information into CWSN. Data collected at time of registration shall include all required elements noted in these policies (such as customer‘s name, address, date of birth, age, gender, e-mail address, phone number, veteran status, employment status, citizen status, barriers to employment, services requested, and employment goals).

  • Surgery Services This plan covers surgery services to treat a disease or injury when: • the operation is not experimental or investigational, or cosmetic in nature; • the operation is being performed at the appropriate place of service; and • the physician is licensed to perform the surgery. This plan covers reconstructive surgery and procedures when the services are performed to relieve pain, or to correct or improve bodily function that is impaired as a result of: • a birth defect; • an accidental injury; • a disease; or • a previous covered surgical procedure. Functional indications for surgical correction do not include psychological, psychiatric or emotional reasons. This plan covers the procedures listed below to treat functional impairments. • abdominal wall surgery including panniculectomy (other than an abdominoplasty); • blepharoplasty and ptosis repair; • gastric bypass or gastric banding; • nasal reconstruction and septorhinoplasty; • orthognathic surgery including mandibular and maxillary osteotomy; • reduction mammoplasty; • removal of breast implants; • removal or treatment of proliferative vascular lesions and hemangiomas; • treatment of varicose veins; or • gynecomastia.

  • Hospice Services Services are available for a Member whose Attending Physician has determined the Member's illness will result in a remaining life span of six months or less.

  • Educational Services Any service or supply for education, training or retraining services or testing including: special education, remedial education; cognitive remediation; wilderness/outdoor treatment, therapy or adventure programs (whether or not the program is part of a Residential Treatment facility or otherwise licensed institution); job training or job hardening programs; educational services and schooling or any such related or similar program including therapeutic programs within a school setting.

  • Beta Services From time to time, We may invite You to try Beta Services at no charge. You may accept or decline any such trial in Your sole discretion. Beta Services will be clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation or by a description of similar import. Beta Services are for evaluation purposes and not for production use, are not considered “Services” under this Agreement, are not supported, and may be subject to additional terms. Unless otherwise stated, any Beta Services trial period will expire upon the earlier of one year from the trial start date or the date that a version of the Beta Services becomes generally available. We may discontinue Beta Services at any time in Our sole discretion and may never make them generally available. We will have no liability for any harm or damage arising out of or in connection with a Beta Service.

  • Pharmacy Services The Contractor shall establish a network of pharmacies. The Contractor or its PBM must provide at least two (2) pharmacy providers within thirty (30) miles or thirty (30) minutes from a member’s residence in each county, as well as at least two (2) durable medical equipment providers in each county or contiguous county.

  • Technical Services Party B will provide technical services and training to Party A, taking advantage of Party B’s advanced network, website and multimedia technologies to improve Party A’s system integration. Such technical services shall include: (a) administering, managing and maintaining Party A’s information application system and website system infrastructure; (b) providing system optimization plans and implementing optimization features; (c) assuring the security and reliability of the website application systems; (d) procuring, installing and supporting the relevant products produced by Party B, and providing training in the use of those products; (e) managing and maintaining all network and providing technologies to assure the reliability and efficiency thereof; (f) providing information technology services and assuring the reliable operation of the information infrastructure.

  • Dental Services The following dental services are not covered, except as described under Dental Services in Section 3: • Dental injuries incurred as a result of biting or chewing. • General dental services including, but not limited to, extractions including full mouth extractions, prostheses, braces, operative restorations, fillings, frenectomies, medical or surgical treatment of dental caries, gingivitis, gingivectomy, impactions, periodontal surgery, non-surgical treatment of temporomandibular joint dysfunctions, including appliances or restorations necessary to increase vertical dimensions or to restore the occlusion. • Panorex x-rays or dental x-rays. • Orthodontic services, even if related to a covered surgery. • Dental appliances or devices. • Preparation of the mouth for dentures and dental or oral surgeries such as, but not limited to, the following: o apicoectomy, per tooth, first root; o alveolectomy including curettage of osteitis or sequestrectomy; o alveoloplasty, each quadrant; o complete surgical removal of inaccessible impacted mandibular tooth mesial surface; o excision of feberous tuberosities; o excision of hyperplastic alveolar mucosa, each quadrant; o operculectomy excision periocoronal tissues; o removal of partially bony impacted tooth; o removal of completely bony impacted tooth, with or without unusual surgical complications; o surgical removal of partial bony impaction; o surgical removal of impacted maxillary tooth; o surgical removal of residual tooth roots; and o vestibuloplasty with skin/mucosal graft and lowering the floor of the mouth. • The following dialysis services received in your home: o installing or modifying of electric power, water and sanitary disposal or charges for these services; o moving expenses for relocating the machine; o installation expenses not necessary to operate the machine; and o training in the operation of the dialysis machine when the training in the operation of the dialysis machine is billed as a separate service. • Dialysis services received in a physician’s office.
