Vacation, Holiday and Sick Leave. In accordance with Company PTO policy, Executive shall be entitled to accrue [twenty-five (25)] days of paid vacation each year (prorated for partial years worked), which may be carried over from year to year. Any vacation shall be taken at the reasonable and mutual convenience of the Company and Executive and, unless otherwise agreed upon by the Company under specific circumstances. Any accrued and unused vacation shall be paid to Executive upon termination. The Company shall provide Executive with paid timed off (for holiday, paid sick leave, and other personal time), as provided by the Company to other executive employees of comparable stature.
Vacation, Holiday and Sick Leave. Where an employee is absent, on Vacation, Paid Holiday, or Sick Leave, appropriate payment shall be based on the posted scheduled hours of work (i.e. eight [8] or twelve [12] hours).

For the term of this Agreement, Employee shall be entitled to fifteen (15) days of paid vacation per annum to accrue from year to year, but Employee will not use more than seven (7) days at any one time. Paid sick leave shall be accrued at the rate of one day per month not to exceed twelve (12) days per annum. Sick leave shall accrue from year to year. Paid holidays shall be the same as observed by Paragon’s corporate office.

(a) SecureWorks shall or shall cause a member of the SecureWorks Group to assume all of the SecureWorks Group Employees’ unused vacation, holiday and sick days accrued while Employees of Dell or a member of the Dell Group as of the Effective Date, in accordance with the policy of the Dell Group applicable to such Employees immediately before the Effective Date.
(b) Dell shall or shall cause a member of the Dell Group to assume all of the Schedule A-1 Employees’ unused vacation, holiday and sick days accrued while Employees of SecureWorks or a member of the SecureWorks Group as of the Effective Date, in accordance with the policy of the SecureWorks Group applicable to such Employees immediately before the Effective Date.
(c) For purposes of clarification and subject to Section 3.03(d), if an Employee terminates employment with a member of the Dell Group or the SecureWorks Group after the Effective Date and is subsequently hired by a member of the other Party’s Group, such hiring Party shall not be required to assume any unused vacation, holiday or sick days accrued by such Employee during such prior employment as a result of this Section 4.08.

Employee shall also be entitled to receive all paid holidays scheduled by Employer and shall receive sick leave and other benefits in accordance with the policies of Employer.
Vacation, Holiday and Sick Leave. The provider will take ten days of paid vacation, and up to 3 paid days of professional training days per year. Notification of at least 4 weeks will be given prior to any closed days, with the exception of emergencies or illness. *My assistants will be available to continue running the daycare during emergencies or illness. If not, parents are responsible for finding back-up care during vacation, professional training, holiday and emergency closings; however, provider will give parent a listing of drop-in daycare facilities.
Vacation, Holiday and Sick Leave. (i) After the Closing Date, Subsidiary shall continue the vacation policy of Seller in effect as of the date of this Agreement. Continuing Employees and Continuing Executives shall be entitled to carry over unused vacation, and shall be given credit under Subsidiary's vacation policy for service with Seller. Subsidiary shall have the right to change, modify or amend the vacation policy applicable to Continuing Employees and Continuing Executives at any time after the Closing Date.
(ii) After the Closing Date, Subsidiary shall continue the holiday and sick leave policies of Seller in effect as of the date of this Agreement. Subsidiary shall have the right to change, modify or amend the holiday or sick leave policies applicable to Continuing Employees and Continuing Executives at any time after the Closing Date.
