Vacation Leave Accrual Rates. 5.2.1 MCOs and SVCs shall accrue vacation on the basis of a (40) forty hour week. 1 month to 5 years 8.3 hours 12.5 – 8 hour days 5 years to 10 years 10 hours 15.0 – 8 hour days 10 years to 15 years 12 hours 18.0 – 8 hour days 15 years and over 13.3 hours 20.0 – 8 hour days 5.2.2 MCOs and SVCs may not receive their scheduled bid vacation when transferring to MCOs and SVCs. But, they will be entitled to a vacation sometime within 12 months. The Union and Management will meet and confer on a case-by-case basis to resolve scheduling issues resulting from employees transferring from MCO or SVC.

The OYA agrees that employees should have a means of communication with the office available while working in the field. To that end, the OYA will maintain sufficient communications devices such as cell phones so that every bargaining unit member may utilize them as needed for field work.

LETTER OF AGREEMENT - MEMOS OF CONCERN AND LETTERS OF EXPECTATIONThe parties agree that Memos of Concern, Letters of Expectation and Letters of warning are not discipline, and shall not be placed in the personnel file. Management will define in writing the guidelines which accompany each document and will present the information to the union. HR will provide instruction to managers and staff as to how these documents are used. The supervisor may remove the document at any time, not to exceed twenty-four (24) months. An employee may request removal of the document. This LOA shall remain in effect during the term of this agreement.

  • Vacation Accrual Rates Laid off employees who are re-employed shall have the vacation accrual rate they held immediately prior to layoff restored.

  • Vacation Leave Accrual ‌ After a full-time employee has been in pay status for eighty (80) non-overtime hours in a calendar month, the employee will accrue vacation leave according to the rate schedule below. Vacation leave accrual for part-time employees will be proportionate to the number of hours the part-time employee is in pay status during the month to that required for full-time employment.

  • Accumulation of Vacation Leave Credits An employee shall earn vacation leave credits for each calendar month during which the employee receives pay for at least ten (10) days at the following rate:

  • Sick Leave Accrual All eligible employees shall accrue sick leave at the rate of four (4) hours per pay period of continuous employment beginning with their date of eligibility. Eligible employees being paid for less than a full eighty (80) hour pay period shall have sick leave accruals pro-rated in accord with the schedule set forth in Appendix D.

  • Leave Accrual After the first 30 days of active military service in any one calendar year, employees shall not accrue City-paid vacation, holiday, or sick leave benefits or other forms of paid leave; provided, however, that any public employee on military leave for intermittent training periods shall continue to accrue the same vacation, sick, and holiday leave up to a maximum period of 180 cumulative days per calendar year as if the employee had not been on military leave.

  • Vacation Leave Credits ‌ Full-time and part-time employees will be credited with vacation leave accrued monthly, according to the rate schedule and vacation leave accrual below.

  • Vacation Accrual Regular employees shall accrue hours of vacation with pay for each hour of compensation to a maximum of eighty (80) hours per biweekly work period according to the following schedule, commencing with the employee's hire date of his latest period of County employment.

  • Vacation Leave on Retirement ‌ An employee scheduled to retire and to receive pension benefits under the Public Service Pension Plan Rules or who has reached the mandatory retiring age, shall be granted full vacation entitlement for the final calendar year of service.
