Vehicle Return. You must return the Vehicle in the same condition as received on the date due at the location specified and at the time indicated on Page A of this Contract. If You fail to return the Vehicle on the date due on Page A of this Contract, a warrant may be issued for Your arrest for unlawfully having the Vehicle and this will be done in accordance with applicable laws. Lessor reserves the right to repossess the Vehicle at any time without demand, at Your expense if, in Lessor's sole judgment, the Vehicle appears to have been or is used in violation of the Contract or is illegally parked, or is used in violation of law, or is apparently abandoned. Any right to any hearing or to receive any notice or legal process is waived, as a precondition for Lessor recovering the Vehicle. You are responsible for reporting at Vehicle return and payment of ALL parking and traffic violations while the Vehicle was under Contract to You. You are responsible for reporting Vehicle problems and submission of any and all claims for reimbursement including, but not limited to, reimbursement of maintenance expenses as a result of Vehicle breakdown. All reimbursement claims must be supported by paid receipts and replaced parts where applicable.

Vehicle Return. 7.1 You will remain liable for any loss of or damage to the Vehicle from the time at which the Vehicle is On Leased to you on the Start Date until the Vehicle is Off Leased and are obliged to comply with the terms of this Agreement until the procedure for Off Leasing the Vehicle (as set out in this Clause 7) has been completed. 7.2 Where the Vehicle is on a SOGO Flexi Lease you must Off-Lease the Vehicle on or before the Return Date. 7.3 If you Off-Lease a Vehicle on a SOGO Flexi Lease prior to the agreed Return Date you will remain liable for Lease Charges up to the Return Date as identified in the Agreement. 7.4 To take the Vehicle off-lease you must contact us to arrange for us to collect the Vehicle on the Return Date (or such other date as may be agreed between us) providing no less than 5 working days notice and you shall ensure that such Vehicle is available for collection on the Return Date (or such date as otherwise agreed between us), or make an alternative arrangement in respect of the Vehicle pursuant to Clause 4.2 of this Agreement (“Off-Leasing”). In each case, the Off-Lease will be effective as at the time SOGO communicates this to you, and will most usually be the time at which the keys for the Vehicle have been handed to us or our representative (except that this shall not be required if Clause 4.2.3 applies) and an applicable Off-Lease form and/or Vehicle Condition Report have been signed by you or your representative (except that the Off-lease form and a Vehicle Condition Report do not need to be signed if Clause 7.5 applies). 7.5 If we attempt to collect a Vehicle from you at a location specified by you on the Return Date or as otherwise at the end of the Lease Period and you are not available (or are otherwise unable) to return the Vehicle for any reason whatsoever (a “Failed Collection Attempt”), we reserve the right to charge you for all costs incurred by us in connection with the Failed Collection Attempt. In the case of a Failed Collection Attempt you will continue to incur charges for each Lease Day on which you retain possession of the Vehicle after the date of the Failed Collection Attempt until such Vehicle is successfully returned to us. We will use reasonable endeavours to arrange another suitable collection date. 7.6 At the Off-Lease of the Vehicle, the Vehicle shall be in the same condition as was identified in the Vehicle Condition Report, except that we will allow for normal wear and tear taking into account the distance ...
Vehicle Return. Guest shall return the Vehicle to the Return Location during the Return Window on the Return Date.
Vehicle Return. Unless you choose to purchase the Vehicle, you agree that upon Lease termination, either early or scheduled, you must return the Vehicle to the place we will specify. You also agree following vehicle return to pay your termination liability as figured in paragraph 16 or 17, whichever is applicable. Vehicle Return. Cost of returning the Insured Person’s vehicle, either private or rental, to the Insured Person’s Residence or nearest appropriate vehicle rental agency when the Insured Person is unable to due to Illness or Injury, subject to the maximum stated in the Schedule. Requires original receipts for costs incurred, i.e., gasoline, accommodation, Airfares. The following limitations to the coverage provided under Coverage E: Travel Emergency Medical will apply: (a) coverage for each Trip begins when an Insured Person leaves the border of his or her province of Residence or if travelling by Aircraft, when such Aircraft takes off in his or her province of Residence, provided insurance is in force with respect to such Insured Person in accordance with section 2 - Effective Date of Individual Insurance; (b) coverage for each Trip terminates when an Insured Person crosses the border of his or her province of Residence when returning from a Trip or, if travelling by Aircraft, when such Aircraft lands in his or her province of Residence or 60 days following the date of departure from his or her province of Residence, whichever is earlier; (c) all expenses must be incurred on a non-elective Emergency basis outside an Insured Person’s province of Residence and are in excess of expenses under any individual, group or government sponsored hospital or medical reimbursement plan; (d) in consultation with the attending Physician, the Insurer reserves the right to transfer an Insured Person to another Hospital or to return an Insured Person to his or her province of Residence for necessary treatment. In the event the Insured Person refuses to comply, the Insurer will no longer be liable for further expenses incurred, which are relating to the condition causing the treatment, after the proposed transfer date; (e) Allianz Assistance must be notified within 48 hours of an Emergency, or when reasonably possible, following an Emergency. Claims may be reduced if contact is not made with Allianz Assistance within 48 hours of admission to Hospital. Coverage E: Travel Emergency Medical does not cover loss, fatal or non-fatal, caused or contributed to, by or resulting from: (a) intentionally self-inflicted Injury while sane or self-inflicted Injury while insane; (b) declared or undeclared war or any acts thereof; (c) perpetration of acts of terrorism; (d) participation in a riot, insurrection or civil commotion; (e) active full-time, part-time or temporary service in the armed forces of an...
